فعّلت أمانة منطقة عسير وبلدياتها جهودها التطوعية لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن القادمين عبر الطرق البرية، من خلال تسخير أكثر من 500 متطوع ومتطوعة جرى استقطابهم عبر منصة العمل التطوعي؛ للمشاركة في استقبال الحجاج وتقديم الخدمات المساندة لهم على الطرق السريعة والبرية.
وتنفذ الفرق التطوعية أعمالها ضمن منظومة خدمية متكاملة تشرف عليها الأمانة خلال موسم الحج، تشمل تقديم الإرشادات والمساندة الميدانية للحجاج، بما يسهم في تعزيز جودة الخدمات ورفع مستوى الجاهزية لخدمة ضيوف الرحمن. وأكدت الأمانة أن هذه الجهود تأتي امتدادًا لرسالة المملكة في خدمة الحجاج، وتجسيدًا لقيم العطاء والمسؤولية المجتمعية، من خلال تمكين المتطوعين وتنظيم مشاركتهم عبر منصة العمل التطوعي. ويعكس هذا الحضور التطوعي الصورة المشرفة لأبناء منطقة عسير في خدمة قاصدي بيت الله الحرام، وحرصهم على تقديم أفضل الخدمات لضيوف الرحمن.
The Asir Region Municipality and its municipalities have activated their volunteer efforts to serve the guests of God arriving via land routes, by mobilizing more than 500 male and female volunteers who were recruited through the volunteer work platform; to participate in welcoming the pilgrims and providing supportive services to them on the highways and land routes.
The volunteer teams carry out their work within a comprehensive service system supervised by the municipality during the Hajj season, which includes providing guidance and field support to the pilgrims, contributing to enhancing the quality of services and raising the level of readiness to serve the guests of God. The municipality confirmed that these efforts are an extension of the Kingdom’s message in serving the pilgrims and a manifestation of the values of giving and social responsibility, by empowering volunteers and organizing their participation through the volunteer work platform. This volunteer presence reflects the honorable image of the people of the Asir region in serving those heading to the Sacred House of God, and their commitment to providing the best services to the guests of God.
