وقّع البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن، اليوم (الإثنين)، اتفاقية مع مركز المبدعين للدراسات والتدريب بجامعة الملك عبدالعزيز، لتنفيذ مشروع «التمكين الرقمي للمعلم اليمني»؛ بهدف تعزيز قدرات 500 معلم ومعلمة في محافظات: عدن، وحضرموت، المهرة، وسقطرى، وذلك في مجال التقنيات الرقمية الحديثة ورفع كفاءتهم المهنية والتقنية في العملية التعليمية.
ووقّع الاتفاقية المشرف العام للبرنامج السفير محمد بن سعيد آل جابر، والرئيس التنفيذي لمركز المبدعين الدكتور عصام بن حسن كوثر، بحضور وزيرة التخطيط والتعاون الدولي الدكتورة أفراح الزوبة، ووكيل وزارة التربية والتعليم للتدريب والتأهيل الدكتور زيد قحطان عبر الاتصال المرئي.
وسيسهم المشروع في رفع الكفاءة التقنية والمهنية للمعلمين والمعلمات من خلال برنامج تدريبي نوعي يدمج بين التدريب الحضوري والاتصال المرئي، بما يسهم في تطوير مهارات الكوادر التعليمية وتمكينها من توظيف التقنيات الحديثة في العملية التعليمية.
ويتضمن البرنامج التدريبي مسارين رئيسيين، الأول في الذكاء الاصطناعي وتوليد المحتوى التخصصي، بما يعزز قدرات المعلمين على الاستفادة من أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في تطوير المحتوى التعليمي، فيما يركز المسار الثاني على التصميم التعليمي الرقمي، بهدف تمكين المشاركين من تصميم وإنتاج محتوى تعليمي رقمي تفاعلي وفق أحدث الممارسات التعليمية.
يأتي المشروع ضمن جهود البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن في دعم قطاع التعليم وتنمية القدرات البشرية في اليمن، عبر مشاريع ومبادرات تنموية مستدامة تسهم في تطوير الكفاءات الوطنية ومواكبة التحول الرقمي والتقني في العملية التعليمية.
وقدم البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن دعماً شاملاً للتعليم العام والعالي والتدريب الفني والمهني من خلال تنفيذ مشاريع ومبادرات في 11 محافظة يمنية، تشمل إنشاء وتجهيز المدارس النموذجية وتطوير الجامعات وبناء الكليات والمعاهد، ورفع قدرات الكوادر التعليمية.
يذكر أن البرنامج السعودي لتنمية وإعمار اليمن قدم 287 مشروعاً ومبادرة مُنذ تأسيسه في 8 قطاعات حيوية، وهي: التعليم، والصحة، والطاقة، والمياه والنقل، والزراعة والثروة السمكية، والبرامج التنموية، وتنمية ودعم قدرات الحكومة اليمنية.
The Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen signed an agreement today (Monday) with the Center for Creative Studies and Training at King Abdulaziz University to implement the project “Digital Empowerment for the Yemeni Teacher”; aimed at enhancing the capabilities of 500 male and female teachers in the governorates of Aden, Hadramout, Al-Mahrah, and Socotra, in the field of modern digital technologies and improving their professional and technical competencies in the educational process.
The agreement was signed by the General Supervisor of the program, Ambassador Mohammed bin Saeed Al Jaber, and the CEO of the Center for Creative Studies, Dr. Issam bin Hassan Kothar, in the presence of the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Dr. Afrah Al-Zuba, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Training and Rehabilitation, Dr. Zaid Qahtan, via video conference.
The project will contribute to enhancing the technical and professional efficiency of teachers through a qualitative training program that combines in-person training and video communication, which will help develop the skills of educational staff and empower them to utilize modern technologies in the educational process.
The training program includes two main tracks: the first in artificial intelligence and specialized content generation, which enhances teachers’ abilities to benefit from artificial intelligence tools in developing educational content, while the second track focuses on digital instructional design, aiming to enable participants to design and produce interactive digital educational content according to the latest educational practices.
This project is part of the efforts of the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen to support the education sector and develop human capacities in Yemen, through sustainable development projects and initiatives that contribute to the development of national competencies and keep pace with digital and technical transformation in the educational process.
The Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen has provided comprehensive support for general and higher education, as well as technical and vocational training by implementing projects and initiatives in 11 Yemeni governorates, including the establishment and equipping of model schools, the development of universities, and the construction of colleges and institutes, as well as enhancing the capabilities of educational staff.
It is worth noting that the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen has presented 287 projects and initiatives since its establishment in 8 vital sectors, which are: education, health, energy, water and transport, agriculture and fisheries, development programs, and the development and support of the Yemeni government’s capabilities.
