بعد عامين من التحقيقات والوقائع الصادمة التي حبست أنفاس الرأي العام، طوت محكمة الجنايات الاستئنافية لجرائم الإرهاب وأمن الدولة بمصر، (الأحد)، واحدة من أبشع القضايا الإلكترونية والجنائية في تاريخ البلاد المعاصر، المعروفة إعلامياً بـ«قضية الدارك ويب».
المحكمة أصدرت حكماً بالسجن المؤبد (15 عاماً) بحق المحرض الرئيسي في القضية، مع تغريمه مليون جنيه نظراً لكونه قاصراً، في حين نال 4 متهمين آخرين أحكاماً بالسجن المؤبد مع غرامة تبلغ مليون جنيه لكل منهم.
مراهق يقود شبكة الرعب من الخارج
كشفت أوراق القضية عن سيناريو مرعب أبطاله عابرون للحدود؛ إذ أدار خيوط الجريمة مراهق يُدعى «علي» (15 عاماً) مقيم خارج مصر. هذا القاصر استغل البيانات البنكية الخاصة بوالده لولوج الجانب المظلم من الإنترنت «الدارك ويب»، وبدأ في نسج شباكه محرضاً أشخاصاً داخل محافظات مصرية عدة على ارتكاب جرائم وحشية ضد الأطفال، وتصويرها بهدف بيعها وتداولها على منصات غير مشروعة مقابل مبالغ مالية طائلة.
طفل في فخ «الهدية»
تفاصيل الحادثة التي دارت في محافظة الإسكندرية كشفت عن وجه مظلم للتوحش البشري؛ حيث نجح المتهمون الأربعة -بإيعاز وتخطيط من المراهق المغترب- في استدراج طفل بريء بعد إيهامه بتقديم هدية له.
اقتيد الضحية إلى شقة أحد المتهمين وتم تخديره بالكامل، تنفيذاً لاتفاق مالي قذر عبر «الدارك ويب» قضى بتصوير الطفل أثناء الاعتداء عليه، ولم يتوقف الأمر عند هذا الحد، بل شملت الأوامر المشفرة قطع شرايين الطفل وتصوير نزيفه، قبل أن يُترك لاحقاً ليعود إلى أسرته بعد أن أفاق من غيبوبته.

حاولت هيئة الدفاع عن المتهمين اللجوء إلى حيلة «التغرير والتضليل» من قِبل المحرض الخارجي لتخفيف العقوبة، إلا أن محكمة الجنايات واجهتهم باعترافاتهم التفصيلية الموثقة بالصوت والصورة، والمدعومة بالتحريات الفنية والميدانية القاطعة، لتسدل الستار على هذه الفاجعة بأحكام رادعة تطهر المجتمع من ذئاب الشبكة المظلمة.
After two years of investigations and shocking events that held the public’s breath, the appellate criminal court for terrorism and state security in Egypt concluded, on Sunday, one of the most heinous electronic and criminal cases in the contemporary history of the country, known in the media as the “Dark Web Case”.
The court issued a life sentence (15 years) against the main instigator in the case, imposing a fine of one million pounds due to his status as a minor, while four other defendants received life sentences with a fine of one million pounds each.
A teenager leading a network of horror from abroad
The case documents revealed a terrifying scenario with cross-border protagonists; a teenager named “Ali” (15 years old) residing outside Egypt managed the threads of the crime. This minor exploited his father’s banking information to access the dark side of the internet, the “Dark Web”, and began to weave his web by inciting individuals in several Egyptian governorates to commit brutal crimes against children, filming them with the aim of selling and distributing them on illegal platforms for substantial amounts of money.
A child trapped in the “gift”
The details of the incident that took place in Alexandria revealed a dark side of human savagery; the four defendants, under the direction and planning of the expatriate teenager, successfully lured an innocent child by deceiving him with the promise of a gift.
The victim was taken to one of the defendant’s apartments and was completely sedated, in accordance with a filthy financial agreement made via the “Dark Web” that involved filming the child during the assault. The situation did not stop there; the encoded orders included cutting the child’s veins and filming his bleeding, before he was later left to return to his family after waking from his coma.

The defense team for the defendants attempted to resort to the trick of “deception and misdirection” by the external instigator to mitigate the punishment, but the criminal court confronted them with their detailed confessions documented in audio and video, supported by conclusive technical and field investigations, bringing the curtain down on this tragedy with deterrent sentences that cleanse society from the wolves of the dark web.
