أصدرت هيئة المياه ثلاثة قرارات بمخالفة نظام المياه ضد مواطن ومقيم ومؤسسة بعد استكمال أعمال الرقابة والتحقق، وشملت القرارات تغريم مقيم ومواطن في جدة ومؤسسة 30 ألف ريال لكل مخالف، بإجمالي غرامات بلغ 90 ألف ريال.
وتمثلت المخالفات في التعدي على أغطية غرف التفتيش لشبكة الصرف الصحي في جدة عبر ضخ مياه صرف مجهولة المصدر، مع إلزام المخالفين بتحمل كامل تكاليف إصلاح الأضرار التي تسببوا في حدوثها.
وأكدت الهيئة أن الإجراءات تأتي ضمن جهودها الرقابية لتطبيق أحكام نظام المياه ولوائحه التنفيذية، وحماية مرافق المياه والصرف الصحي من الممارسات المخالفة، والمحافظة على كفاءة البنية التحتية واستدامة الخدمات وموثوقيتها.
The Water Authority issued three decisions against a citizen, a resident, and an institution for violating the water system after completing monitoring and verification activities. The decisions included fines of 30,000 riyals each for the resident, the citizen in Jeddah, and the institution, totaling 90,000 riyals in fines.
The violations involved tampering with the inspection covers of the sewage network in Jeddah by discharging wastewater of unknown origin, with the violators being required to bear the full costs of repairing the damages they caused.
The authority confirmed that these actions are part of its regulatory efforts to enforce the provisions of the water system and its executive regulations, protect water and sewage facilities from violating practices, and maintain the efficiency, sustainability, and reliability of the infrastructure and services.
