ليس بالضرورة أن تنصّب نفسك أستاذاً ومتخصصاً في القانون حتى تصادر حقنا في أن نقول آراءنا في أي قضيةٍ تطرح. أتحدّث هنا رياضياً، وليس كيميائياً، فمثلاً قلت مليون مرة إن الأهلي سيكسب شكوى الفتح ضده وضد فراس البريكان في ظل تناوب مستشاري البرامج القانونيين على التأكيد أن حجج الفتح دامغة، وحدث أنني كسبت في كل درجات التقاضي مع أنني لم أقل إلا كلمتين على وزن نخبتين وهم ملأوا البرامج تنظيراً، وفي نهاية الأمر قلت فعلاً الأهلي جامعة قانون.
وقبل أن ننتهي من شكوى الفتح قدّم القادسية شكوى ضد مشاركة الأهلي في السوبر، وطالب بسحب الكأس وإعادة المباراة النهائية، وأخذت الشكوى أو الاحتجاج دورته بين الجهات القضائية، وانتهى كما الأول بتثبيت بطولة البطل ومصادرة الرسوم..
وبين تلك الشكاوى وذاك الاحتجاج أضاف القادسية احتجاجاً آخر بحثاً عن نقاط خسرها من الأهلي في الملعب، وانتهت كما انتهت سابقاتها لصالح الأهلي.
ما يجب أن نذكره ونذكّر به أن الأهلي يملك إدارة قانونية عملت مع توالي الشكاوى والاحتجاجات بهدوء، وحيّدت نفسها عن ضجيج البرامج، ووسائل التواصل، وظلت مع كل قضية تعمل وفق معايير مهنية مع كل درجات التقاضي.
الجميل أن الأهلي لم يعطِ البرامج التي استفزته وما يسمّى بمستشاريها القانونين أي اهتمام، فكسب بهدوء الواثق.
ولتعزيز مسار الثقافة القانونية عند ممثلي البرامج قانونياً أتمنى أن ياخذوا دورة تأهيلية في جامعة الأهلي للقانون الرياضي بدلاً من تعميم جهلهم في وسط رياضي استاء منهم وصفق للأهلي.
نسيت توني وجالينو اللذين تعرضا لمحاولة تشويه وصلت بأحد من يقول إنه قانوني بالمطالبة وفق لائحته بوقف توني عاماً، فقلت له على هامش هذا الرأي القانوني الغريب كيف حالك يالحبيب عساك طيب..!

هناك فرق بين خسارة صديق، وبين اكتشاف أن الشخص هذا ليس صديقاً من الأساس.

Amidst those complaints and that protest, Al-Qadisiyah added another protest seeking points they lost to Al-Ahli on the field, and it ended as its predecessors did, in favor of Al-Ahli.
What we must mention and remind is that Al-Ahli has a legal administration that has worked calmly with the succession of complaints and protests, distancing itself from the noise of programs and social media, and has continued to work according to professional standards in every level of litigation.
The beautiful thing is that Al-Ahli did not give the programs that provoked it and what are called their legal advisors any attention, winning with the calmness of confidence.
To enhance the path of legal culture among the representatives of the programs legally, I hope they take a qualifying course at Al-Ahli University for Sports Law instead of spreading their ignorance in a sports community that is displeased with them and has applauded Al-Ahli.
I forgot about Tony and Jalino, who were subjected to an attempt at defamation, with one who claims to be a legal expert demanding, according to his regulations, to suspend Tony for a year. I told him on the sidelines of this strange legal opinion, “How are you, my dear? I hope you are well…!”
