دخل ملف استثمار نادي الاتحاد مرحلة جديدة من التنافس، بعدما كشفت مصادر مطلعة لـ«عكاظ» دخول 4 كيانات استثمارية في مفاوضات جادة للاستحواذ على حصة في النادي.
وأوضحت المصادر أن قائمة الراغبين تضم: (شركة أمريكية كبرى، وشركة أوروبية متخصصة في الاستثمار الرياضي، بالإضافة إلى تحالفين محليين) يسعيان للدخول كشركاء إستراتيجيين في «العميد».
وبيّنت المصادر أن العروض المقدمة تختلف في حجم الحصة المطلوبة والرؤية الاستثمارية، حيث يركز الطرف الأمريكي على الجانب التجاري والتسويق العالمي، بينما تقدم العرض الأوروبي بخبرته في إدارة الأندية وتطوير البنية التحتية وتأهيل اللاعبين وتسويقهم.
أما التحالفان المحليان، فيعولان على فهمهما العميق لبيئة الدوري السعودي وقاعدة جماهير الاتحاد، مع طرح خطط لتعزيز الاستدامة المالية للنادي.
وأكدت المصادر أن إدارة النادي، بالتنسيق مع الجهات ذات العلاقة، تدرس العروض الأربعة من جميع الجوانب الفنية والمالية، على أن يتم حسم الملف خلال الفترة القادمة بما يضمن مصلحة النادي واستمرار مشروعه الرياضي الطموح.
The investment file of Al-Ittihad Club has entered a new phase of competition, after informed sources revealed to “Okaz” that 4 investment entities have entered serious negotiations to acquire a stake in the club.
The sources indicated that the list of interested parties includes: (a major American company, a European company specialized in sports investment, in addition to two local alliances) that are seeking to enter as strategic partners in “The Dean”.
The sources clarified that the submitted offers vary in the size of the stake requested and the investment vision, where the American party focuses on the commercial aspect and global marketing, while the European offer leverages its experience in managing clubs, developing infrastructure, training players, and marketing them.
As for the two local alliances, they rely on their deep understanding of the Saudi league environment and the fan base of Al-Ittihad, presenting plans to enhance the club’s financial sustainability.
The sources confirmed that the club’s management, in coordination with the relevant authorities, is studying the four offers from all technical and financial aspects, with the aim of finalizing the file in the upcoming period in a way that ensures the club’s interests and the continuation of its ambitious sports project.
