تحركت أسرة العندليب الأسمر الفنان الراحل عبدالحليم حافظ، باتجاه القضاء المصري لملاحقة الطبيب ضياء العوضي، المشطوب نقابياً، بتهمة الإساءة لاسم وسمعة الرمز الغنائي عبر مقطع فيديو متداول.
اتهام بمحاولة جذب «الترند»
ووصفت العائلة فيديو الطبيب بأنه محاولة رخيصة لجذب المشاهدات و«الترند» على حساب تاريخ المطرب الراحل.
كما أوضحت، في بيان عبر صفحتها الرسمية على «فيسبوك»، أنها كلفت محامي العائلة باتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية ضد العوضي، مشيرة إلى أن الفيديو المنسوب له تضمن إساءة مباشرة لشخص العندليب دون أي مبرر.
تأكيد الرد عبر القضاء
وشددت على أن الرد سيكون عبر ساحات القضاء لردع كل من يحاول استغلال اسم الفنان الذي يمثل وجدان الجمهور العربي من المحيط إلى الخليج.
ادعاءات حول الحالة الصحية
وكان الطبيب المشطوب أخيراً من النقابة قد ظهر في مقطع فيديو ادعى فيه امتلاكه معلومات طبية «تحليلية» حول الحالة الصحية لعبدالحليم، وطريقة علاجه في لندن، ملمحاً إلى وجود أخطاء طبية، ما أثار حفيظة العائلة.
تصريحات مثيرة للجدل في الوسط الطبي
وكان اسم ضياء العوضي قد ارتبط أخيراً بسلسلة من التصريحات «غير التقليدية» والمثيرة للجدل في الوسط الطبي في مصر، إذ كان يروج لوصفات علاجية تعتمد على «الأعشاب» و«المواد الطبيعية» لعلاج أمراض مستعصية وفايروسات مثل كورونا.
وهو ما اعتبرته نقابة الأطباء مخالفاً للأصول العلمية والبروتوكولات الطبية المعتمدة.
أقصى عقوبة تأديبية
وأصدرت النقابة قراراً نهائياً بشطب العوضي من جداولها، وهي أقصى عقوبة تأديبية يمكن أن يواجهها طبيب في مصر.
تحقيقات تثبت المخالفات
وجاء قرار الشطب بعد تحقيقات موسعة أثبتت مخالفته لآداب المهنة، وقيامه بالترويج لعلاجات غير معتمدة علمياً عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي، مما اعتبرته النقابة خطراً على صحة المواطنين وتضليلاً للرأي العام.

ويُذكر أن عبدالحليم حافظ، وُلد في قرية «الحلوات» عام 1929، ويُعد أحد أعظم رموز الغناء في القرن العشرين. ورغم موهبته الفذة، إلا أن حياته كانت سلسلة من الآلام بسبب إصابته بـ «البلهارسيا» ومضاعفاتها، وهو الصراع الذي انتهى برحيله في لندن في 30 مارس من العام 1977، مخلفاً وراءه إرثاً فنياً لا يزال حياً في قلوب الملايين.

The family described the doctor’s video as a cheap attempt to attract views and “trend” at the expense of the late singer’s legacy.
They clarified, in a statement on their official Facebook page, that they have tasked the family lawyer with taking all legal actions against Al-Awadi, pointing out that the video attributed to him contained a direct insult to the character of the nightingale without any justification.
Confirmation of Response Through the Judiciary
They emphasized that the response will be through the courts to deter anyone who tries to exploit the name of the artist who represents the sentiments of the Arab audience from the Atlantic to the Gulf.
Claims About Health Condition
The struck-off doctor recently appeared in a video claiming to have “analytical” medical information about Abdel Halim’s health condition and his treatment in London, hinting at the existence of medical errors, which provoked the family’s anger.
Controversial Statements in the Medical Community
Dr. Diaa Al-Awadi’s name has recently been associated with a series of “unconventional” and controversial statements in the medical community in Egypt, as he promoted treatment recipes based on “herbs” and “natural substances” for treating chronic diseases and viruses like Corona.
This was considered by the Medical Syndicate to be in violation of scientific principles and approved medical protocols.
Maximum Disciplinary Penalty
The syndicate issued a final decision to strike off Al-Awadi from its records, which is the maximum disciplinary penalty a doctor can face in Egypt.

The decision to strike him off came after extensive investigations proved his violation of professional ethics and his promotion of unscientifically approved treatments through social media platforms, which the syndicate considered a danger to public health and a misrepresentation of public opinion.

It is worth mentioning that Abdel Halim Hafez was born in the village of “Al-Halawat” in 1929 and is considered one of the greatest symbols of singing in the twentieth century. Despite his exceptional talent, his life was a series of pains due to his suffering from “schistosomiasis” and its complications, a struggle that ended with his passing in London on March 30, 1977, leaving behind an artistic legacy that remains alive in the hearts of millions.
