فيما تتواصل الحرب لليوم الثالث على التوالي، أعلن الجيش الأمريكي اليوم (الإثنين) ضرب أكثر من 1250 هدفاً في إيران منذ بدء العملية العسكرية.
وقالت القيادة المركزية الأمريكية، إن النظام الإيراني لم يعد يمتلك أي سفن في خليج عُمان بعد أن كان لديه 11 سفينة قبل يومين، موضحاً أن حرية الملاحة البحرية ستظل محل حماية من قبل القوات الأمريكية.
وأضافت، في بيان، أن «النظام الإيراني هاجم حركة الملاحة الدولية في خليج عُمان لعقود، وتلك الأيام انتهت».
وأشارت القيادة المركزية الأمريكية إلى أن حرية الملاحة البحرية شكّلت أساس الازدهار الاقتصادي الأمريكي والعالمي لأكثر من 80 عاماً، مشددة على أن القوات الأمريكية ستواصل الدفاع عنها.
وأكد الجيش الأمريكي لشبكة «أي بي سي نيوز»، إصابة 18 جندياً بجروح خطيرة خلال العملية ضد إيران، بالمقابل، هدد الحرس الثوري الإيراني باستهداف السفن في مضيق هرمز، مؤكداً إغلاقه للمضيق.
وقال مستشار قائد الحرس الثوري الإيراني إبراهيم جباري، إن إيران أغلقت مضيق هرمز، مهدداً بإحراق أي سفينة تحاول العبور منه.
وكان الحرس الثوري الإيراني قد أعلن أمس أنه استهدف بالصواريخ 3 ناقلات نفط تابعة للولايات المتحدة وبريطانيا في الخليج العربي ومضيق هرمز، موضحاً أن الناقلات الثلاث تحترق.
من جهة أخرى، قال الجيش الإسرائيلي إنه دمر نحو 600 موقع للبنية التحتية التابعة للنظام الإيراني، مستخدماً 2500 وحدة ذخيرة، بعد تنفيذ ما لا يقل عن 1000 طلعة جوية قتالية في سماء إيران حتى الآن.
وأضاف الجيش الإسرائيلي، في بيان، أنه أجرى عملية تحضيرية للعمليات العسكرية على مدار عدة أشهر، وجرى التنسيق مع الجيش الأمريكي، إلى جانب استعدادات مكثفة للتطورات على الجبهات المتعددة، وشمل ذلك رفع مستوى الجاهزية الدفاعية والهجومية، مشيراً إلى أنه استدعى حوالى 110 آلاف من جنود الاحتياط.
وأشار البيان إلى أن سلاح الجو استهدف حتى الآن أكثر من 600 موقع للبنية التحتية للنظام الإيراني، بما في ذلك أكثر من 20 هدفاً لقادة عسكريين إيرانيين، وأكثر من 150 صاروخاً باليستياً، وأكثر من 200 منظومة دفاع جوي إيرانية، مبيناً أنه نفذ أيضاً على مدى الأربع والعشرين ساعة الماضية عمليات على جبهات متعددة.
وأكد الجيش الإسرائيلي استهداف نحو 30 موقعاً قال إنها تشكل بنية تحتية لجماعة حزب الله في لبنان، موضحاً أنه نفذ سلسلة من الغارات على مراكز قيادة تابعة لجهاز الأمن الداخلي ووزارة الاستخبارات في قلب طهران.
وأشار إلى أن سلاح الجو استهدف مقرات وقواعد ومراكز قيادة إقليمية تابعة لأجهزة الأمن الداخلي التابعة للنظام الإيراني، كما قصف أكثر من 10 مقرات تابعة لوزارة الاستخبارات الإيرانية.
As the war continues for the third consecutive day, the U.S. military announced today (Monday) that it has struck more than 1,250 targets in Iran since the beginning of the military operation.
The U.S. Central Command stated that the Iranian regime no longer has any ships in the Gulf of Oman after having 11 ships two days ago, clarifying that freedom of maritime navigation will remain protected by U.S. forces.
It added, in a statement, that “the Iranian regime has attacked international shipping in the Gulf of Oman for decades, and those days are over.”
The U.S. Central Command noted that freedom of maritime navigation has been the foundation of American and global economic prosperity for over 80 years, emphasizing that U.S. forces will continue to defend it.
The U.S. military confirmed to ABC News that 18 soldiers were seriously injured during the operation against Iran, while the Iranian Revolutionary Guard threatened to target ships in the Strait of Hormuz, asserting its closure of the strait.
Iranian Revolutionary Guard advisor Ibrahim Jabari stated that Iran has closed the Strait of Hormuz, threatening to burn any ship attempting to cross it.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced yesterday that it targeted three oil tankers belonging to the United States and Britain in the Arabian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz, clarifying that the three tankers are on fire.
On the other hand, the Israeli army stated that it has destroyed about 600 infrastructure sites belonging to the Iranian regime, using 2,500 munitions, after carrying out at least 1,000 combat air sorties over Iran so far.
The Israeli army added, in a statement, that it conducted preparatory operations for military actions over several months, coordinating with the U.S. military, alongside intensive preparations for developments on multiple fronts, which included raising the level of defensive and offensive readiness, noting that it has called up about 110,000 reservists.
The statement indicated that the air force has targeted more than 600 infrastructure sites of the Iranian regime so far, including over 20 targets related to Iranian military leaders, more than 150 ballistic missiles, and over 200 Iranian air defense systems, stating that it has also conducted operations on multiple fronts over the past twenty-four hours.
The Israeli army confirmed targeting about 30 sites that it said constitute infrastructure for the Hezbollah group in Lebanon, clarifying that it carried out a series of airstrikes on command centers belonging to the internal security apparatus and the Ministry of Intelligence in the heart of Tehran.
It noted that the air force targeted headquarters, bases, and regional command centers belonging to the internal security agencies of the Iranian regime, and bombed more than 10 headquarters belonging to the Iranian Ministry of Intelligence.
