شهدت منطقة تبوك، أمس، احتفالًا بمناسبة يوم التأسيس، برعاية أمير المنطقة الأمير فهد بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز، وبحضور نائبه الأمير خالد بن سعود بن عبدالله الفيصل بن عبدالعزيز، وذلك في القصر الحكومي، وسط حضور واسع من مسؤولي القطاعات المدنية والعسكرية وأهالي المنطقة.
تأكيد على عمق التاريخ ومسيرة البناء
وفي كلمة ألقاها خلال الحفل، أكّد أمير منطقة تبوك أن يوم التأسيس يمثل محطة وطنية مهمة تستحضر تضحيات الأوائل وما قدموه من دم ومال وجهد في سبيل بناء الدولة وترسيخ دعائمها. وأوضح أن اجتماع أبناء المنطقة من مدنيين وعسكريين يعكس روح الوفاء والانتماء، ويجسّد الاعتزاز بتاريخ يمتد لثلاثة قرون منذ تأسيس الدولة السعودية.
وأشار أمير تبوك، إلى أن ما وصلت إليه المملكة اليوم من استقرار وتقدم وريادة هو ثمرة مسيرة طويلة من العمل والعطاء، بدأت منذ الدولة السعودية الأولى ثم الثانية وصولًا إلى الدولة السعودية الثالثة بقيادة الملك عبدالعزيز –رحمه الله– ومن بعده أبناؤه الذين واصلوا مسيرة البناء والتنمية.
ونوّه أمير تبوك، بالدور المحوري الذي تقوم به القوات المسلحة وكافة القطاعات الأمنية في حماية الوطن وصون أمنه، مؤكدًا أن وحدة المملكة وتماسكها يمثلان نموذجًا فريدًا يحتذى به، وأن قيم الولاء والانتماء تجمع أبناء الوطن بروح واحدة.
كما أشار إلى أن المرحلة الحالية التي تعيشها المملكة بقيادة خادم الحرمين الشريفين وولي عهده الأمين، تمثّل عصرًا ملهمًا، تحققت فيه العديد من مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 قبل أوانها، وأسهمت في تمكين الشباب والشابات ليكونوا شركاء فاعلين في مسيرة التنمية. واختتم الأمير فهد، كلمته، بالتأكيد على أهمية استحضار تاريخ الوطن وما يحمله من دروس وعبر تعزز الفخر والاعتزاز، مقدمًا شكره لجميع المشاركين في الاحتفال، وداعيًا الله أن يديم على المملكة أمنها وعزها وازدهارها.
عقب ذلك، اطلع أمير المنطقة ونائبه على المعرض المصاحب الذي استعرض سيرة الإمام محمد بن سعود –رحمه الله– ومراحل تكوين الدولة السعودية، في عرض يجسّد الامتداد التاريخي وبدايات التأسيس والبناء.
وشهد الحفل كلمات وقصائد شعرية بهذه المناسبة الوطنية عبّرت فيها مشاعر الفخر بهذا الوطن.
تدشين وتكريم
من جهة ثانية، رعى الأمير فهد بن سلطان، يوم البر بحضور نائبه، وشهد الحفل استعراض إنجازات الجمعيات الأهلية وتكريم الفائزين بجائزة تبوك للعطاء في دورتها الرابعة. كما دشّن حملة الصندوق الوقفي لـ»تراحم» لدعم السجناء والمفرج عنهم وأسرهم.
وأكّد في تصريحه، أهمية دور الجمعيات في تعزيز قيم العطاء والتكافل، مشيدًا بنماذج العمل الخيري في المنطقة وداعيًا لاستمرار دعم المبادرات المجتمعية، مشيرًا إلى أن منطقة تبوك تُعد نموذجًا مشرّفًا بما تزخر به من جمعيات أهلية وعلى رأساها جمعية الملك عبدالعزيز التي أسهمت – على مدى عقود – في خدمة المجتمع وتلبية احتياجاته بجهود مخلصة من أبناء المنطقة، الذين قدموا صورًا مضيئة في البذل والعمل المسؤول، داعيًا الله أن يمنّ على الجميع بالخير والبركة، وأن يديم على بلادنا نعم الأمن والاستقرار، وأن يحفظ لها قيادتها ، وأن يجزي كل من أسهم في أعمال الخير والعطاء خير الجزاء.
The Tabuk region witnessed a celebration yesterday on the occasion of Founding Day, under the patronage of the region’s prince, Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, and in the presence of his deputy, Prince Khalid bin Saud bin Abdullah Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, at the government palace, with a wide attendance of officials from civil and military sectors and the region’s residents.
Emphasizing the depth of history and the journey of construction
In a speech delivered during the ceremony, the Prince of Tabuk affirmed that Founding Day represents an important national milestone that recalls the sacrifices of the pioneers and what they offered in blood, money, and effort to build the state and establish its foundations. He explained that the gathering of the region’s sons, both civilians and military, reflects the spirit of loyalty and belonging, embodying pride in a history that extends over three centuries since the establishment of the Saudi state.
The Prince of Tabuk pointed out that what the Kingdom has achieved today in terms of stability, progress, and leadership is the fruit of a long journey of work and giving, which began with the first Saudi state, then the second, leading to the third Saudi state under the leadership of King Abdulaziz – may God have mercy on him – and after him, his sons who continued the journey of construction and development.
The Prince of Tabuk also highlighted the pivotal role played by the armed forces and all security sectors in protecting the homeland and preserving its security, emphasizing that the unity and cohesion of the Kingdom represent a unique model to be emulated, and that the values of loyalty and belonging unite the sons of the nation with one spirit.
He also noted that the current phase the Kingdom is experiencing under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his trustworthy Crown Prince represents an inspiring era, in which many of the targets of Vision 2030 have been achieved ahead of schedule, contributing to empowering young men and women to be active partners in the development journey. Prince Fahd concluded his speech by emphasizing the importance of recalling the history of the homeland and the lessons it carries that enhance pride and honor, expressing his gratitude to all participants in the celebration and praying to God to maintain the Kingdom’s security, dignity, and prosperity.
Following that, the Prince of the region and his deputy reviewed the accompanying exhibition that showcased the biography of Imam Muhammad bin Saud – may God have mercy on him – and the stages of the formation of the Saudi state, in a display that embodies the historical extension and the beginnings of establishment and construction.
The ceremony featured speeches and poetic verses on this national occasion, expressing feelings of pride in this homeland.
Inauguration and Honoring
On another note, Prince Fahd bin Sultan sponsored the Day of Giving in the presence of his deputy, where the ceremony showcased the achievements of charitable associations and honored the winners of the Tabuk Award for Giving in its fourth edition. He also launched the endowment fund campaign for “Tarahum” to support prisoners, those released, and their families.
In his statement, he emphasized the importance of the role of associations in promoting the values of giving and solidarity, praising the models of charitable work in the region and calling for continued support for community initiatives, pointing out that the Tabuk region is a commendable model with its wealth of charitable associations, foremost among them the King Abdulaziz Association, which has contributed – over decades – to serving the community and meeting its needs with the sincere efforts of the region’s sons, who have provided shining examples of generosity and responsible work, praying to God to bestow goodness and blessings upon everyone, to maintain the blessings of security and stability in our country, to protect its leadership, and to reward everyone who contributed to charitable works and giving with the best reward.
