شهدت مناطق عدة في المملكة، هطول أمطار راوحت بين المتوسطة والغزيرة، مما أدى إلى جريان الأودية والشعاب، ولا تزال الفرصة مهيأة لهطول المزيد من الأمطار بمشيئة الله.
وأوضحت التوقعات الصادرة عن المركز الوطني للأرصاد، أمس، استمرار الحالة المطرية، مصحوبة برياح نشطة تحد من مدى الرؤية الأفقية، إضافة إلى تساقط البَرَد، وجريان السيول، وحدوث صواعق رعدية في بعض المناطق.
من جهته، دعا الدفاع المدني الجميع إلى توخي الحيطة والحذر، والالتزام بتعليماته، والابتعاد عن مجاري السيول والأودية، مع متابعة التحديثات الرسمية أولاً بأول.
وفي السياق ذاته، رفعت الأمانات والبلديات في مختلف المناطق جاهزيتها الميدانية، إذ كثّفت فرقها أعمالها للتعامل مع تجمعات المياه، وفتح شبكات التصريف، ومباشرة البلاغات؛ لضمان سلامة السكان واستمرار الحركة المرورية بشكل آمن.
Several regions in the Kingdom witnessed rainfall ranging from moderate to heavy, leading to the flow of valleys and streams, and the opportunity for more rain remains available, God willing.
The forecasts issued by the National Center of Meteorology yesterday indicated the continuation of the rainy conditions, accompanied by active winds that limit horizontal visibility, in addition to hail, flowing torrents, and the occurrence of thunderstorms in some areas.
For its part, the Civil Defense urged everyone to exercise caution and adhere to its instructions, and to stay away from the paths of torrents and valleys, while keeping up with official updates continuously.
In the same context, the municipalities and secretariats in various regions have raised their field readiness, as their teams intensified their efforts to deal with water accumulations, open drainage networks, and respond to reports; to ensure the safety of residents and the continuation of traffic movement safely.
