توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس لهذا اليوم (السبت) استمرار هطول أمطار رعدية متوسطة إلى غزيرة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول مصحوبة بزخات من البرد ورياح نشطة مثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من مناطق الشرقية، الرياض، مكة المكرمة، الباحة، عسير، جازان، ونجران، كذلك على أجزاء من مناطق تبوك، الجوف، الحدود الشمالية، ولا يستبعد تكوّن الضباب على أجزاء من تلك المناطق.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر جنوبية غربية إلى جنوبية شرقية بسرعة 10-35 كم/ساعة على الجزء الشمالي والجنوبي تصل إلى 50 كم/ساعة مع تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي، كذلك باتجاه خليج العقبة، وشمالية إلى شمالية غربية بسرعة 10-28 كم/ساعة على الجزء الأوسط، وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف يصل إلى أعلى من مترين مع تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي، كذلك باتجاه خليج العقبة، وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج يصل إلى مائج مع تكوّن السحب الرعدية الممطرة على الجزء الجنوبي، كذلك باتجاه خليج العقبة.
The National Center of Meteorology expected in its weather report for today (Saturday) that moderate to heavy thunderstorms will continue, leading to the flow of torrents accompanied by showers of hail and active winds stirring up dust and sand in parts of the Eastern, Riyadh, Makkah, Al-Baha, Asir, Jazan, and Najran regions, as well as in parts of the Tabuk, Al-Jawf, and Northern Borders regions. The formation of fog in parts of those areas is also not ruled out.
The report indicated that the surface winds over the Red Sea are southwesterly to southeasterly at a speed of 10-35 km/h in the northern and southern parts, reaching up to 50 km/h with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the southern part, as well as towards the Gulf of Aqaba. The winds are northerly to northwesterly at a speed of 10-28 km/h in the central part, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one and a half meters, reaching over two meters with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the southern part, as well as towards the Gulf of Aqaba. The sea condition is light to moderate waves, becoming choppy with the formation of thunderstorm clouds in the southern part, as well as towards the Gulf of Aqaba.
