توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس هذا اليوم (الجمعة) أن تؤثر الرياح النشطة المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من مناطق تبوك، الجوف والحدود الشمالية، كما توقّع تكوّن الضباب على أجزاء من مناطق جازان، عسير، الباحة، مكة المكرمة، كذلك على أجزاء من المنطقة الشرقية.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن حركة الرياح السطحية على البحر الأحمر ستكون شمالية غربية إلى شمالية على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط بسرعة 10-25 كم/ساعة تتحول ما بعد الظهيرة جنوبية شرقية إلى شرقية على الجزء الشمالي بسرعة 15-30 كم/ساعة وجنوبية شرقية إلى جنوبية على الجزء الجنوبي بسرعة 15-35 كم/ساعة تصل إلى 50 كم/ساعة باتجاه مضيق باب المندب وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر على الجزء الشمالي والأوسط ومن نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف على الجزء الجنوبي يصل إلى أعلى من مترين وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج يصل إلى مائج.
فيما ستكون حركة الرياح على الخليج العربي جنوبية شرقية إلى شرقية بسرعة 15-35 كم/ساعة وارتفاع الموج من نصف المتر إلى متر ونصف وحالة البحر خفيف إلى متوسط الموج.
The National Center of Meteorology expected in its weather report for today (Friday) that active winds stirring up dust and sand will affect parts of the regions of Tabuk, Al-Jawf, and the Northern Borders. It also anticipated the formation of fog in parts of the regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, Makkah, as well as in parts of the Eastern Province.
The report indicated that the surface wind movement over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central parts at a speed of 10-25 km/h, shifting after noon to southeasterly to easterly in the northern part at a speed of 15-30 km/h, and southeasterly to southerly in the southern part at a speed of 15-35 km/h, reaching up to 50 km/h towards the Bab el Mandeb Strait. The wave height will range from half a meter to one meter in the northern and central parts, and from half a meter to one and a half meters in the southern part, reaching over two meters, with the sea condition being light to moderate waves, becoming choppy.
Meanwhile, the wind movement over the Arabian Gulf will be southeasterly to easterly at a speed of 15-35 km/h, with wave heights ranging from half a meter to one and a half meters, and the sea condition being light to moderate waves.
