منذ أن انطلقت برامج الابتعاث في المملكة العربية السعودية..

لم تكن مجرد مسارٍ تعليمي..

بل كانت رؤية إستراتيجية..

بعيدة المدى..

آمنت بأن الاستثمار الحقيقي

يبدأ بالإنسان..

وأن بناء الوطن لا يكتمل إلا ببناء أبنائه وبناته علماً ومعرفةً وخبرة..

وقد حظي هذا التوجه بدعمٍ واهتمامٍ كبيرين من القيادة الرشيدة.. حفظها الله..

التي جعلت من الابتعاث أحد

أهم روافد التنمية..

وأحد مرتكزات التحول الوطني..

فكان له أثرٌ واضح في إعداد جيلٍ سعودي مؤهل..

حاضرٌ اليوم في أرقى الجامعات العالمية..

ويحمل طموحاً يوازي ما أُتيح له

من فرص..

هذا النجاح..

لم يكن وليد اللحظة..

بل نتيجة تخطيطٍ عميق..

واستثمارٍ مستمر..

جعل من الإنسان السعودي

محوراً للتنمية..

وقيمةً يُبنى عليها المستقبل..

لكن..!

حين يكتمل التأهيل..

يبرز السؤال الأهم:

كيف يكتمل الأثر؟

فالمبتعث..

لا يعود بشهادةٍ فقط..

بل يعود بشغف..

وطموح..

وتطلعٍ صادق لأن يكون جزءاً

من مسيرة البناء..

وهنا..

لا نتحدث عن فجوة..

بل عن فرصة يمكن أن تُستثمر

بشكلٍ أكمل..

يبقى الأمل بالله قائماً..

منذ البداية..

وتمنح المبتعث مساراً واضحاً

ينتظره بعد عودته..

ليس كالتزامٍ جامد..

بل كتنظيمٍ ذكي:

• جهة تعرف ما تحتاجه بعد سنوات

• ومبتعث يعرف أين سيكون بعد عودته

• ووطن يكسب الوقت والجهد معاً..

لا يعود المبتعث إلى سؤال:

تستقطب الكفاءات من مختلف

وهو أمرٌ طبيعي ومفيد..

يبقى من المهم..

أن تكون الكفاءة الوطنية

في موقعها الطبيعي..

لا تفضّلاً…

بل استحقاقاً..

فما استثمر فيه الوطن..

يستحق أن يُستثمر فيه..

and carries aspirations that match the opportunities

But..!

When the qualification is complete..

the most important question arises:

How can the impact be completed?

The scholarship recipient..
