أعلن نادي الرياض، اليوم، إنهاء العلاقة التعاقدية مع مدرب الفريق الأول لكرة القدم الأورغواياني دانييل كارينيو، وذلك في خطوة تهدف إلى تصحيح المسار وتحسين نتائج الفريق خلال ما تبقى من منافسات الموسم الحالي، في ظل تراجع الأداء والنتائج خلال الفترة الماضية.
وجاء قرار إدارة نادي الرياض بإقالة كارينيو بعد سلسلة من النتائج السلبية التي انعكست بشكل واضح على موقف الفريق في جدول الترتيب، إذ لم يتمكن المدرب الأورغواياني من تحقيق أي انتصار خلال قيادته للفريق في 12 مباراة رسمية، مكتفياً بـ4 نقاط فقط من أصل 36 نقطة ممكنة، وهو ما يعد حصيلة ضعيفة لا تتناسب مع تطلعات النادي.
وخلال تلك الفترة، تعرض نادي الرياض لـ8 هزائم، في مقابل 4 تعادلات، دون أن ينجح الفريق في تحقيق الانتصارات واستعادة التوازن الفني، الأمر الذي وضع الجهاز الفني تحت ضغط كبير، ودفع الإدارة لاتخاذ قرار التغيير بحثاً عن حلول عاجلة قبل دخول المرحلة الحاسمة من الموسم.
وفي إطار إعادة ترتيب الأوراق، أعلن النادي تعيين ماوريسيو دولاك، مدرب فريق تحت 21 سنة، لقيادة الفريق الأول بشكل مؤقت حتى نهاية الموسم، في خطوة تعكس ثقة الإدارة في قدراته الفنية ومعرفته بعناصر النادي، إضافة إلى سعيها للاستفادة من الاستقرار الداخلي وتقليل آثار التغيير الفني في هذا التوقيت الحساس.
ويُنتظر أن يبدأ دولاك مهمته الجديدة وسط تحديات كبيرة تتمثل في إعادة الروح للفريق، وتحسين الأداء داخل الملعب، إلى جانب السعي لتحقيق نتائج إيجابية تسهم في تحسين وضع نادي الرياض خلال الجولات المقبلة، خصوصاً في ظل المنافسة الشديدة وتداخل الحسابات في المراحل الأخيرة من الموسم.
ويأمل أنصار النادي أن يكون هذا القرار بداية لمرحلة جديدة تعيد الفريق إلى الطريق الصحيح، بعد فترة لم تتحقق خلالها النتائج المنتظرة، إذ باتت الحاجة ملحة لإيجاد حلول فنية قادرة على استغلال ما تبقى من المباريات وتحقيق أكبر قدر ممكن من النقاط.

As part of the restructuring, the club announced the appointment of Mauricio Dulac, the under-21 team coach, to lead the first team temporarily until the end of the season. This step reflects the management’s confidence in his technical abilities and knowledge of the club’s players, in addition to their aim to benefit from internal stability and minimize the effects of the coaching change at this sensitive time.
Dulac is expected to start his new role amid significant challenges, including revitalizing the team, improving on-field performance, and striving to achieve positive results that contribute to enhancing Al-Riyadh Club’s standing in the upcoming rounds, especially given the intense competition and the complexity of calculations in the final stages of the season.
