لقد أدركت شعوب المنطقة، من واقع التجربة، أن إيران لم تكن يومًا مشروع سلام أو مصدر استقرار، بل كانت في كثير من الأحيان منبعًا للتوتر وأداةً لتغذية الأزمات.
