أكد مصدر خاص لـ«عكاظ» عزم إدارة نادي العلا التوجه لمركز التحكيم الرياضي للاستئناف ضد قرار لجنة الاستئناف التابعة للاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم بشأن قبول الاحتجاج المقدم من نادي الوحدة لمراقب المباراة بعدم نظامية مشاركة لاعب العلا ماتيا ناستاسيتش. وأوضح المصدر أن إدارة نادي العلا جهزت ملفاً قانونياً متكاملاً يؤكد صحة موقف نادي العلا من مشاركة اللاعب ماتيا ناستاسيتش كون العلا قام بالاعتماد على أنظمة الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، وتم التخاطب بشكل رسمي، وتم التأكيد من مسؤولي الاتحاد بأهلية المشاركة.
وأضاف المصدر لدى نادي العلا أدلة كافية لتأكيد سلامة موقف النادي من الناحية القانونية كون النادي محوكماً ويقوم بأفضل الممارسات الإدارية والقانونية من غير المقبول تصور الوقوع في خطأ إداري بهذا الشكل غير المحترف، خصوصاً أن الهيئة الملكية لمحافظة العلا تضع الكثير من الجهد والدعم خلف هذا الاستمرار ولا تبحث عن أي معاملة تفضيلية أو تمييز، وكل ما يبحث عنه هو تحقيق العدالة وكل السوابق القضائية الصادرة من اللجان القضائية تدعم سلامة موقف نادي العلا.
