لم يعد للاجتهادات الفرديّة، ولا للحلول الآنيّة، موضع قلم في كيان وكينونة وزارة الحجّ والعمرة، التي سبقت إلى الارتقاء بخدماتها من خلال استراتيجية متكاملة ترصد وتحصي وتستنطق الواقع البشري والرقمي لتصحيح وتحسين وتجويد الخدمات المناطة بها، وأصبح الحديث عن صعوبات ومتاعب الركن الخامس، وقرينته العمرة، من الذكريات التي تستعاد للمقارنات والمقاربات والاحتفاء بالمنجزات.
ويلاحظ الراصد لموسم العمرة في الأسبوع الأوّل من رمضان، الانسيابية والمرونة والتعبيرات اللفظية والمشاعر المرتسمة على الملامح المريحة والمرتاحة مما عاشت وعايشت، ورأت وسمعت واستمتعت، خلال أداء مناسكها في زمن قياسي ودون أي عوائق أو إشكالات، فالتطبيقات الذكية، التي اعتمدتها وزارة الحج والعمرة اختصرت الزمن؛ وألغت عنصر المفاجأة؛ ما مكّن المسلم من أي بقعة في العالم، ترتيب وتنظيم رحلته الدينية، والتعرف على مساره وأوقات طوافه وسعيه، ومحل سكنه، وحجم مصروفه.
وبحق إن هذه النتائج المُبهرة لوزارة الحج والعمرة، تؤكد النوايا الطيبة التي انطلقت منها سجايا تؤمن بالاحتساب للأجر والثواب قبل الالتزام بالواجبات الوظيفية، وتلفت الأنظار إلى ما أولت دولتنا من دعم سخي لخدمة الحرمين الشريفين وضيوفهما، فالملايين الذين كان عددهم ومشاهدة أفواجهم تُشعر بالرهبة، تم استيعابهم واحتواؤهم بتوظيف التقنيات الحديثة، حدّ الانبهار بمرونة وانسيابية الحشود، وتراكم خبرات تجويد العمل، ما يشعر المنسوب للوزارة والمنتسب إليها بالفخر والاعتزاز، ويرسّخ في وعي العالم ما ينجزه الوطن بكوادره الفتيّة.
ومن دلائل الرعاية الكريمة لضيوف بيت الله ومسجد مصطفاه، أنّ قيادتنا تقف بنفسها على خدمة المعتمرين والزوار والحجاج، فخادم الحرمين الشريفين وولي عهده، والوزراء ينتقلون إلى منطقة مكة المكرمة من مطلع رمضان، إلى انتهاء موسم الحج، وهذا تأكيد على أن الاحتفاء بقاصدي المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي، والعناية بكل قاصد؛ عمل دولة بكل طاقتها، لما في ذلك من أداء واجب أرضي، وتشريف سماوي.
The individual efforts and immediate solutions no longer hold any place in the essence and existence of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, which has taken the initiative to elevate its services through a comprehensive strategy that monitors, assesses, and analyzes the human and digital reality to correct, improve, and enhance the services entrusted to it. The discussion about the difficulties and challenges of the fifth pillar, along with its counterpart, Umrah, has become a memory that is recalled for comparisons, approaches, and celebrating achievements.
Observers of the Umrah season in the first week of Ramadan note the smoothness, flexibility, and the verbal expressions and emotions reflected on the comfortable and relaxed faces of those who have experienced, seen, heard, and enjoyed performing their rituals in record time and without any obstacles or issues. The smart applications adopted by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah have shortened the time and eliminated the element of surprise, enabling Muslims from any corner of the world to organize and arrange their religious journey, learn about their itinerary, the times of their Tawaf and Sa’i, their place of residence, and their expenditure.
Indeed, these impressive results from the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah affirm the good intentions from which the virtues of believing in the reward and recompense before adhering to functional duties have emerged. They draw attention to the generous support our country has provided for the service of the Two Holy Mosques and their guests. The millions who once seemed overwhelming in number and presence have been accommodated and managed through the employment of modern technologies, leading to astonishment at the flexibility and smoothness of the crowds, and the accumulation of experiences in enhancing work quality, which instills pride and honor in the ministry’s staff and affiliates, reinforcing in the world’s consciousness what the nation achieves with its youthful workforce.
One of the signs of the generous care for the guests of the House of God and the Mosque of His Chosen One is that our leadership personally oversees the service of the Umrah performers, visitors, and pilgrims. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his Crown Prince, along with the ministers, move to the Makkah region from the beginning of Ramadan until the end of the Hajj season. This confirms that honoring those who come to the Sacred Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, and caring for every visitor, is the work of a state with all its energy, as it represents a terrestrial duty and a heavenly honor.
