في كل مرة يتعثّر فيها الأهلي، تتكرّر الأسطوانة ذاتها: التحكيم، الغيابات، الظروف، وكل شيء إلا الاعتراف بالقصور الفني. عقب الخسارة البارحة الأولى أمام الفتح، خرج مدرب الأهلي “ماتياس ياسله” ليبرّر السقوط بأخطاء تحكيمية وغياب لاعبيه (الأفارقة)، وكأنّ الفريق يُدار بعقلية ردّ الفعل لا بعقلية الحلول، وكأنّ المدرب لا يُفترض به أن يكون صاحب البدائل، لا مجرد ناقل للأعذار.
الحقيقة التي باتت واضحة أن مشكلة الأهلي مع مدربه ليست طارئة ولا مرتبطة بمباراة واحدة، إنّها مسار ممتدّ طوال السنوات الثلاث التي قضاها مع النادي. فريق كبير بحجم الأهلي يُفترض أن يمتلك هوية فنية واضحة، وأن يكون قادراً على فرض أسلوبه على الفرق المتوسطة والضعيفة، لا أن يسقط أمامها تباعاً، وبالسيناريو نفسه: ارتباك، بطء في التعديل، قراءة متأخرة للمباراة، ثم هروب إلى شماعة التحكيم.
المدرب الجيد يُقاس بقدرته على التعامل مع النقص، دون الشكوى منه. الغيابات جزء أصيل من كرة القدم، والإيقافات والإصابات لا تُعفي الجهاز الفني من المسؤولية. هنا تحديداً تتجلى أزمة ياسله: فقر في الأدوات، وضيق في الخيارات، وعجز مزمن عن ابتكار حلول تكتيكية عند (تعقّد) المباريات. الأهلي غالباً يبدأ بلا خطة بديلة، وإذا اختنق اللعب، لا يملك المدرب سوى تغييرات متأخرة أو عشوائية لا تغيّر شيئاً في المشهد.
أما التذرّع بالتحكيم، فهو خطاب استهلاكيّ تجاوزه الزمن. الأخطاء التحكيمية، إن وُجدت، تصيب الجميع، لكنها لا تبرّر خسارة فريق يملك الإمكانات والنجوم أمام منافسين أقلّ جودة على الورق، مثل الفتح. حين تتكرر الهزائم أمام الفرق المتوسطة، لا يعود الخلل عارضاً، بل يصبح مؤشراً صريحاً على ضعف القراءة الفنية وسوء إدارة التفاصيل.
الأخطر من ذلك أن الأهلي في عهد ياسله يبدو بلا شخصية. لا ضغط منظم، لا بناء لعب متماسك، ولا قدرة على التحكم بإيقاع المباريات. الفريق إمّا يربح بمجهود فردي، أو يخسر بمجرد أن يُغلق الخصم المساحات ويجبره على اللعب تحت الضغط. هنا يسقط المدرب، مرة بعد أخرى، لأنه ببساطة لا يقرأ النزالات كما ينبغي، ولا يملك أدوات فك الاشتباك التكتيكي – (حلوة الاشتباك التكتيكي)!
الخلاصة أن استمرار هذا النهج يعني استمرار الدوران في الحلقة نفسها: تبريرات بعد كلّ إخفاق، ووعود بعد كلّ خسارة، بلا أيّ تغيير حقيقي على أرض الملعب. الأهلي لا يحتاج إلى مدرب يُحسن الحديث عن الأعذار، بل إلى مدرب يُجيد صناعة الحلول، ويملك الشجاعة لتحمّل المسؤولية الفنية كاملة، لأن الهروب منها لن يغيّر النتيجة، ولن يعفيه من حقيقة باتت واضحة للجميع: المشكلة ليست في التحكيم، بل فيمن يقف على الخط !
Every time Al-Ahly stumbles, the same old record plays: refereeing, absences, circumstances, and everything except acknowledging the technical shortcomings. After the loss two days ago against Al-Fateh, Al-Ahly’s coach “Matthias Jasle” came out to justify the defeat with refereeing errors and the absence of his (African) players, as if the team is managed with a reactive mentality rather than a solutions-oriented one, and as if the coach is not supposed to be the one with alternatives, but merely a transmitter of excuses.
The truth that has become clear is that Al-Ahly’s problem with its coach is not a temporary one nor linked to a single match; it is a prolonged issue throughout the three years he has spent with the club. A big team like Al-Ahly is supposed to have a clear technical identity and to be able to impose its style on medium and weak teams, not to fall consecutively against them, following the same scenario: confusion, slow adjustments, late reading of the match, and then fleeing to the scapegoat of refereeing.
A good coach is measured by his ability to deal with deficiencies without complaining about them. Absences are an inherent part of football, and suspensions and injuries do not exempt the coaching staff from responsibility. Herein lies Jasle’s crisis: a lack of tools, limited options, and a chronic inability to devise tactical solutions when matches become (complicated). Al-Ahly often starts without a backup plan, and if the play becomes congested, the coach has nothing but late or random substitutions that change nothing in the scene.
As for the excuse of refereeing, it is a consumable discourse that has become outdated. Refereeing errors, if they exist, affect everyone, but they do not justify the loss of a team that has the capabilities and stars against competitors of lesser quality on paper, like Al-Fateh. When defeats against medium teams recur, the flaw is no longer incidental; it becomes a clear indicator of weak technical reading and poor management of details.
More dangerously, Al-Ahly under Jasle seems to lack character. There is no organized pressure, no cohesive build-up play, and no ability to control the rhythm of matches. The team either wins through individual effort or loses as soon as the opponent closes down spaces and forces them to play under pressure. Here, the coach fails, time and again, simply because he does not read the encounters as he should and lacks the tools to untangle tactical situations – (the tactical entanglement is a nice phrase)!
In summary, the continuation of this approach means continuing to spin in the same circle: justifications after every failure, and promises after every loss, with no real change on the ground. Al-Ahly does not need a coach who excels at discussing excuses, but rather one who is skilled at creating solutions and has the courage to fully bear the technical responsibility, because fleeing from it will not change the result and will not exempt him from a truth that has become clear to everyone: the problem is not with the refereeing, but with the one standing on the sidelines!
