عقد مجلس القضاء الإداري، أمس، جلسته الأولى برئاسة رئيس ديوان المظالم ورئيس مجلس القضاء الإداري الدكتور علي أحمد الأحيدب، وذلك في مقر الديوان بالعاصمة الرياض، بحضور أعضاء المجلس.
وأوضح الأمين العام لمجلس القضاء الإداري الدكتور عبدالله العجلان، أن المجلس أقر خلال الجلسة تسمية رؤساء ومساعدي رؤساء محاكم الاستئناف الإدارية والمحاكم الإدارية ومحكمة التنفيذ الإدارية، إضافة إلى اعتماد عدد من الترقيات لقضاة ديوان المظالم، وتشكيل عدد من الدوائر القضائية الرقمية.
كما ناقش المجلس عدداً من الموضوعات المدرجة على جدول الأعمال، واتخذ حيالها القرارات اللازمة.
The Administrative Judiciary Council held its first session yesterday, chaired by the President of the Board of Grievances and the President of the Administrative Judiciary Council, Dr. Ali Ahmed Al-Ahaidib, at the council’s headquarters in the capital, Riyadh, with the attendance of council members.
The Secretary-General of the Administrative Judiciary Council, Dr. Abdullah Al-Ajlan, explained that the council approved during the session the naming of the heads and assistant heads of the administrative appeal courts, administrative courts, and the administrative execution court, in addition to approving several promotions for judges of the Board of Grievances and forming several digital judicial circuits.
The council also discussed a number of topics on the agenda and made the necessary decisions regarding them.
