قطع ممثل الوطن فريق النصر نصف المشوار نحو التأهل لربع نهائي كأس دوري أبطال آسيا2 بعد فوزه على مضيفه اركاداغ التركمانستاني بهدف دون مقابل في اللقاء الذي جمع بينهما على استاد عشق آباد الأولمبي في ذهاب دور الـ16 للبطولة.
شهد اللقاء سيطرة نصراوية رغم غياب عدد كبير من اللاعبين المحترفين يتقدمهم كريستيانو رونالدو وجواو فيليكس وساديو ماني وبروزوفيتش وسيماكان، ومع ذلك تألق البدلاء واستطاع عبدالله الحمدان أن يضع بصمته التهديفية الأولى بقميص النصر بعد أن تلقى تمريرة ذكية من انجيلو بورجيس ليسددها الحمدان بقدمه اليسرى على يسار الحارس رسول شارييف كهدف أول للنصر (د: 19).
وكاد النصر أن يضاعف النتيجة في أكثر من كرة، لا سيما الكرة التي مررها الحمدان لزميله انجليو ولكن الأخير سددها بجوار القائم، وعاد الحمدان ليهدد مرمى اركاداغ مجدداً بتسديدة قوية ولكن الحارس شارييف تصدى لها بصعوبة، وفي الدقائق الأخيرة من عمر اللقاء وجد عبدالرحمن غريب نفسه أمام الحارس شارييف ولكن غريب لعب الكرة فوق العارضة، ومن ثم تسديدة للبديل محمد مران ولكن الحارس أبعدها لركلة زاوية، لينتهي اللقاء بفوز النصر بهدف دون مقابل.
وبهذه النتيجة يقطع النصر نصف المشوار للتأهل لدور الثمانية، إذ سيقام لقاء الإياب يوم الأربعاء القادم على ملعب جامعة الملك سعود بالرياض، ويحتاج النصر للفوز أو التعادل على أقل تقدير ليتأهل لدور ربع النهائي لدوري أبطال آسيا2.
The representative of the nation, Al-Nassr team, has taken a significant step towards qualifying for the quarter-finals of the AFC Champions League 2 after defeating their host, Arkadag from Turkmenistan, with a goal to nil in the match held at the Olympic Stadium in Ashgabat during the first leg of the Round of 16 of the tournament.
The match witnessed a dominant performance from Al-Nassr despite the absence of several key professional players, including Cristiano Ronaldo, João Félix, Sadio Mané, Brozović, and Simakan. Nevertheless, the substitutes shone, and Abdullah Al-Hamdan managed to score his first goal for Al-Nassr after receiving a clever pass from Angelo Borges, which Al-Hamdan struck with his left foot to the left of goalkeeper Rasul Shariev, marking the first goal for Al-Nassr (19’).
Al-Nassr nearly doubled the score on several occasions, especially with a ball that Al-Hamdan passed to his teammate Angelo, but the latter shot it wide of the post. Al-Hamdan then threatened Arkadag’s goal again with a powerful shot, but goalkeeper Shariev managed to save it with difficulty. In the final minutes of the match, Abdulrahman Ghareeb found himself in front of goalkeeper Shariev, but Ghareeb shot the ball over the crossbar. Then, a shot from substitute Mohammed Maran was deflected by the goalkeeper for a corner kick, ending the match with Al-Nassr winning by one goal to nil.
With this result, Al-Nassr takes a significant step towards qualifying for the quarter-finals, as the return match will take place next Wednesday at King Saud University Stadium in Riyadh. Al-Nassr needs to win or at least draw to qualify for the quarter-finals of the AFC Champions League 2.
