وخسر فريق يونايتد أولى مباراته بنتيجة 2/1 أمام فريق الوداد الطائفي ضمن مباريات المجموعة (H)، سجل أهداف الوداد الطائفي عبدالرحمن حلواني وعبدالعزيز الثبيتي، فيما سجل هدف فريق يونايتيد أحمد عثمان، وسيواجه فريق يونايتد فريق العربي في مباراته الثانية.
