يحكم صاحب القرار عوامل تجعله يمرّر ما لا يمرر للأندية على اعتبار أنه المظلة والمرجعية، لكن إلى متى هذا الحلم..؟!

يحاول- إذا غلبت الروم- أن يُصحّح بعض المفاهيم والملابسات من خلال المتحدث الرسمي، ومع ذلك يرتفع معدل التشويه من قبل أندية ترمي فشلها على الوزارة، مع أن الوزارة لا علاقة لها بما يحدث..!

نادي الشباب، الذي يترنّح بسبب إداراته، بات يُعلّق فشله -كل فشله- على الوزارة، مع أن الوزارة لو كشفت الحقائق ستحمر وجوه وتصفر وجوه..!

أتفهم غضب الشبابيين بسبب سوء النتائج، لكن لا أفهم هذا الهجوم على الوزارة وتحميلها ما يحدث للفريق..!

ما دخل الوزارة في لجان مستقلة تدير اللعبة؟ ألم يكن الأجدى أن تذهبوا إلى سبب المشكلة والبحث عن حلها بدلاً من امتصاص غضب جمهوركم برمي مشاكلكم على الوزارة، التي لو فتحت الملفات يا كثر من سيدان..؟!

الشباب يمثّل حالة راهنة استدللت بها، والرسالة معمّمة لكل الأندية.

يجب أن نضع كل كلمة في موضعها ونحن نتحدث بدلاً من الخلط الذي يسيء للوزارة ويضعها في حرج أمام جمهور متعصب يأخذ كلام رئيس ناديه على أنه الحقيقة المطلقة..!

اليوم نعيش واقعاً جديداً فيه اللوائح يجب أن تسود، لاسيما في ما يعنى بالتنظيم المالي الذي إلى الآن أكثر الأندية لم تستوعبه أو أنها لا تريد أن تستوعبه..!

الوزارة ليست خصماً لأحد، بل هي الأب لكل الأندية، فلا تحاولوا أن تتخذوا من الوزارة جسراً يبرر لكم فشلكم؛ لكي تنجوا من عتب وغضب جمهوركم.

الفوضى والعبث المالي الذي كان يسود في الأعوام الماضية وُضع له حد وفق تنظيمات تحكمها لائحة تعرفها واطلعت عليها كل الأندية، لكن بعض مسيّري الأندية يتعمّدون الاستغباء أمام واقع واضح..!

The decision-maker is influenced by factors that allow him to pass what he does not pass for the clubs, considering himself the umbrella and reference. But how long will this dream last..?!

He tries—if the Romans prevail—to correct some concepts and circumstances through the official spokesperson. Nevertheless, the rate of distortion rises from clubs that blame their failures on the ministry, even though the ministry has nothing to do with what is happening..!

Al-Shabab Club, which is staggering due to its administrations, has begun to attribute all its failures to the ministry, even though if the ministry revealed the facts, many faces would turn red and yellow..!

I understand the anger of the youth fans due to poor results, but I do not understand this attack on the ministry and holding it responsible for what is happening to the team..!

What does the ministry have to do with independent committees managing the game? Wouldn’t it have been better to address the root cause of the problem and seek a solution instead of absorbing your fans’ anger by blaming your issues on the ministry, which, if it opened the files, many would be condemned..?!

Al-Shabab represents a current case I have cited, and the message is generalized to all clubs.

We must place every word in its proper context as we speak, instead of the confusion that harms the ministry and puts it in an awkward position before a fanbase that takes the words of their club president as absolute truth..!

Today, we live in a new reality where regulations must prevail, especially concerning financial organization, which most clubs have not yet comprehended or do not want to comprehend..!

The ministry is not an adversary to anyone; rather, it is the parent of all clubs. So do not try to use the ministry as a bridge to justify your failures in order to escape the criticism and anger of your fans.

The chaos and financial mischief that prevailed in previous years have been curtailed according to regulations governed by a charter known to and reviewed by all clubs. However, some club managers deliberately choose to act foolishly in the face of a clear reality..!
