تمر في منطقتنا ظروف صعبة وحروب طاحنة وقد تصل آثارها لبعض مقدرات شعوب منطقة الخليج، التي تعيش في ظل تقدم اقتصادي وتنموي كبير يضاهي ما يوجد في الدول المتقدمة، ولكن القدر والجغرافيا السياسية تفرض واقعاً على هذه الدول، وتحتاج إلى الكثير من الوحدة الوطنية في كل دولة وعلى مستوى الإقليم. ونشهد مواقف بطولية للقوات المسلحة في بلادنا وهي تدافع عن أراضي وسيادة الوطن بكل اقتدار، وتستخدم آخر التقنيات المتقدمة في منظومة أسلحتها، ولا شك أن المواطن في وطننا كله ثقة بقواته بكل أفرعها، وتقف خلف ذلك قيادة قوية ووطنية وواعية لحراجة الأوضاع السياسية والاقتصادية والأمنية، وتحافظ على سلامة ووحدة الوطن بكل اقتدار. في كل عقد من الزمن تمر في منطقتنا حروب مدمرة تخلّف حروباً أهلية إثنية ودينية وطائفية، فمن يتابع الوضع السياسي الحالي لأغلب الدول العربية يجدها في حالة من الاحتراب الداخلي وأغلبها دول فاشلة.
لذا الوعي الجمعي بمفهومه الواسع له أهمية كبيرة في هذه المرحلة الحساسة منا نحن أبناء الوطن، فالمعلومة الصحيحة هي الأساس الذي علينا أن نتداوله ونثق فيه ونستقيه من مصادره الرسمية بعيداً عن السطحية والسذاجة في تصوير أو نشر معلومات خاطئة قد تحدث ضرراً كبيراً لا يتصورها إنسان، ونحن نعرف أن التقنية الحديثة مكّنت أي شخص بأن يصور مقاطع ويبثها للآخرين، وقد يساعد أعداء الوطن في مثل هذه المقاطع. وزارة الداخلية أصدرت قبل أيام بيانا أكدت فيه الابتعاد عن هذه الممارسات الخطيرة، وعلينا التقيد بهذه التعليمات، فالمصلحة الوطنية تستدعي ذلك، نتابع في دول مجاورة أن بعض مواطني تلك الدول يزودون العدو بمعلومات حساسة، أو نسمع صيحات ابتهاجهم والصواريخ تضرب بلادهم، وهؤلاء أقل ما يقال عنهم خونة وعملاء، كل هذا بسبب أيديولوجيات دينية عابرة للحدود. في وطننا، ولله الحمد، كل شعبنا على قلب رجل واحد وتحت قيادة رشيدة عبرت بالوطن إلى بر الأمان في أزمات خطيرة. من يتابع الأوضاع بكافة أشكالها في دولتنا وهي آمنة مستقرة يعرف أن هذه الدولة قائمة على أساس الحق والعدل في كافة شؤونها، العالقون من مواطني الدول الخليجية، أرض الوطن ترحب بهم وتستضيفهم بقرار من القيادة، وكم يسعدنا أن وطننا وكعادته أصبح بيتاً لإخواننا من الدول المجاورة في هذه الظروف الصعبة التي تعيشها المنطقة.
Our region is experiencing difficult circumstances and devastating wars, and their effects may reach some of the capabilities of the Gulf countries, which live under significant economic and developmental progress that rivals what exists in developed countries. However, fate and geopolitical realities impose a situation on these countries, necessitating a great deal of national unity within each country and at the regional level. We witness heroic stances from the armed forces in our country as they defend the land and sovereignty of the nation with great competence, utilizing the latest advanced technologies in their arsenal. There is no doubt that the citizens of our nation have complete confidence in their armed forces across all branches, supported by a strong, national leadership that is aware of the critical political, economic, and security situations, and which maintains the safety and unity of the homeland with great capability. Every decade, our region experiences destructive wars that leave behind ethnic, religious, and sectarian civil wars. Those who follow the current political situation of most Arab countries find them in a state of internal conflict, with many being failed states.
Therefore, collective awareness in its broad sense is of great importance at this sensitive stage for us, the sons of the homeland. Accurate information is the foundation that we must circulate, trust, and derive from official sources, away from superficiality and naivety in portraying or disseminating false information that could cause significant harm beyond imagination. We know that modern technology has enabled anyone to record clips and broadcast them to others, which may assist the enemies of the homeland in such clips. The Ministry of Interior issued a statement a few days ago confirming the need to avoid these dangerous practices, and we must adhere to these instructions, as national interest demands it. We observe in neighboring countries that some citizens of those nations provide the enemy with sensitive information, or we hear their cries of joy while missiles strike their countries. The least that can be said about them is that they are traitors and collaborators, all due to religious ideologies that transcend borders. In our homeland, thank God, our entire people are united as one under wise leadership that has guided the nation to safety during critical crises. Those who follow the situation in our country, which is safe and stable, know that this state is founded on the principles of justice and fairness in all its affairs. The stranded citizens from Gulf countries are welcomed and hosted by the homeland at the decision of the leadership, and we are pleased that our country, as is its custom, has become a home for our brothers from neighboring countries during these difficult circumstances that the region is experiencing.
