وقدمت الشركة اعتذارها عن هذا الانقطاع العارض، مشددة على التزامها الدائم بضمان استمرارية الخدمة بأعلى درجات الاعتمادية، مع اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات الفنية اللازمة لتعزيز موثوقية الشبكة والحد من تكرار مثل هذه الحالات مستقبلًا.
