بعد عام قضته خلف قضبان سجن دبي، عادت الفاشينيستا الكويتية روان بن حسين لتطل على جمهورها لأول مرة، في ظهور علني عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي. ونشرت روان عبر ستوري حسابها الرسمي على إنستغرام صورة لها من داخل طائرة، مرفقة بتعليق يقول: «الحمد لله حمداً كثيراً طيباً مباركاً فيه»، في أول ظهور لها بعد الانتهاء من فترة العقوبة التي بدأت في مارس 2025.
وكانت آخر رسالة علنية من روان قد جاءت من داخل السجن، حيث شاركت مقطعاً صوتياً مؤثراً لابنتها، عبّرت فيه عن شوقها الكبير لها، مؤكدة أن الأمومة كانت مصدر قوتها وصبرها طوال فترة الاحتجاز، ما حظي بتفاعل واسع من الجمهور.
وتعود القضية إلى عام 2025، حين أوقفت السلطات روان في أحد الأماكن العامة بدبي أثناء حالة سُكر، وتبين لاحقاً وفق تحقيقات النيابة العامة تورطها في الاعتداء لفظياً وجسدياً على عناصر الشرطة أثناء تأديتهم مهماتهم، إضافة إلى توجيه عبارات مسيئة.
وعقب استكمال الإجراءات القانونية، أصدرت محكمة الجنايات في دبي حكماً بسجن روان لمدة 6 أشهر وتغريمها 20 ألف درهم إماراتي، مع قرار بإبعادها عن الدولة بعد انتهاء العقوبة، فيما تمت إحالة الدعوى المدنية إلى المحكمة المختصة.
وأثار ظهور روان بعد عام من الغياب موجة تفاعل كبيرة بين متابعيها، وسط ترقب لمعرفة مشاريعها القادمة بعد تجاوز الأزمة القانونية التي أبعدتها عن الأضواء.
After a year spent behind bars in Dubai prison, Kuwaiti fashionista Rawan bin Hussein made her first public appearance to her audience via social media. Rawan posted a photo of herself from inside an airplane on her official Instagram story, accompanied by a caption that says: “Praise be to God, abundant and blessed praise,” marking her first appearance after completing her sentence that began in March 2025.
Her last public message came from inside the prison, where she shared an emotional audio clip of her daughter, expressing her deep longing for her, confirming that motherhood was her source of strength and patience throughout her detention, which garnered wide interaction from the audience.
The case dates back to 2025 when authorities arrested Rawan in a public place in Dubai while she was intoxicated. Investigations by the public prosecution later revealed her involvement in verbally and physically assaulting police officers while they were performing their duties, in addition to directing offensive remarks.
Following the completion of legal procedures, the Dubai Criminal Court sentenced Rawan to 6 months in prison and fined her 20,000 Emirati dirhams, with a decision to deport her from the country after serving her sentence, while the civil lawsuit was referred to the competent court.
Rawan’s appearance after a year of absence sparked a significant wave of interaction among her followers, amid anticipation to learn about her upcoming projects after overcoming the legal crisis that kept her away from the spotlight.
