أدان رئيس البرلمان العربي محمد بن أحمد اليماحي بأشد العبارات القرارات الخطيرة التي أقرّها المجلس الوزاري المصغر لكيان الاحتلال الإسرائيلي (الكابينت) التي تستهدف فرض أمر واقع استعماري جديد في الضفة الغربية المحتلة.
وأكد رئيس البرلمان العربي أن هذه القرارات تمثل «تصعيدًا عدوانيًا سافرًا وانتهاكًا فاضحًا» للقانون الدولي ولقرارات الشرعية الدولية، ومحاولة مكشوفة لتغيير الوضع القانوني والتاريخي للأراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة عبر التوسع الاستيطاني ونهب الأرض وفرض السيادة بالقوة، في تحدٍ صارخ لإرادة المجتمع الدولي.
جريمة حرب مكتملة الأركان
وشدد اليماحي على أنه «لا سيادة لكيان الاحتلال» على أي شبر من أرض فلسطين، وأن مصادقة حكومته على الاستيلاء على أراضي الضفة الغربية تُعد إعلانًا صريحًا لارتكاب جريمة حرب متكاملة الأركان، تستوجب المساءلة والمحاسبة الدولية دون أي ازدواجية في المعايير.
وطالب اليماحي الدول والمنظمات الدولية، وفي مقدمتها الأمم المتحدة والمحكمة الجنائية الدولية، بتحمل مسؤولياتها القانونية والأخلاقية، ورفض وإدانة هذه القرارات الاستعمارية، وفتح تحقيق جنائي دولي عاجل بحق قادة الاحتلال المتورطين في هذه الجرائم، محذراً من أن استمرارها يُقوّض الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة ويقضي على أي أفق لتحقيق السلام.
وأكد أن البرلمان العربي سيواصل تحركاته السياسية والبرلمانية على المستويات الإقليمية والدولية دفاعًا عن الحقوق المشروعة للشعب الفلسطيني، ورفضًا لأي محاولات لشرعنة الاحتلال أو فرض الوقائع بالقوة.
قرارات إسرائيلية تعمق مخططات الضم
وكان المجلس الوزاري المصغر لكيان الاحتلال الإسرائيلي (الكابينت) قد صادق على قرارات تهدف إلى تعميق مخطط الضم في الضفة الغربية وإزالة السرية عن سجل الأراضي ما يتيح الاطلاع على أسماء مالكي الأراضي والتواصل معهم مباشرة لشرائها.
كما يقضي قرار آخر بإلغاء القيود المفروضة على بيع الأراضي لغير العرب، وإلغاء شرط المصادقة الرسمية على صفقات العقارات، والسماح للمستوطنين بشراء الأراضي بصفة شخصية من دون المرور بإجراءات بيروقراطية معقدة.
The President of the Arab Parliament, Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Yamahi, strongly condemned the dangerous decisions approved by the Israeli occupation entity’s Security Cabinet (the Cabinet) that aim to impose a new colonial reality in the occupied West Bank.
Al-Yamahi affirmed that these decisions represent a “blatant aggressive escalation and a flagrant violation” of international law and international legitimacy, and a blatant attempt to change the legal and historical status of the occupied Palestinian territories through settlement expansion, land theft, and the imposition of sovereignty by force, in a blatant challenge to the will of the international community.
A Complete War Crime
Al-Yamahi emphasized that “there is no sovereignty for the occupation entity” over any inch of Palestinian land, and that the approval of its government to seize lands in the West Bank constitutes a clear declaration of committing a complete war crime, which necessitates international accountability and responsibility without any double standards.
He called on countries and international organizations, foremost among them the United Nations and the International Criminal Court, to assume their legal and moral responsibilities, to reject and condemn these colonial decisions, and to open an urgent international criminal investigation against the occupying leaders involved in these crimes, warning that their continuation undermines security and stability in the region and eliminates any prospect for achieving peace.
He confirmed that the Arab Parliament will continue its political and parliamentary movements at the regional and international levels in defense of the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people, and in rejection of any attempts to legitimize the occupation or impose facts by force.
Israeli Decisions Deepen Annexation Plans
The Israeli occupation entity’s Security Cabinet (the Cabinet) had approved decisions aimed at deepening the annexation plan in the West Bank and lifting the secrecy on the land registry, which allows access to the names of landowners and direct communication with them for purchase.
Another decision cancels the restrictions on selling land to non-Arabs, abolishes the requirement for official approval on real estate transactions, and allows settlers to purchase land personally without going through complicated bureaucratic procedures.
