أكدت رابطة الدوري السعودي للمحترفين، بالشراكة مع رابطة دوري الدرجة الأولى والاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، أن القيمة الإجمالية لعقد حقوق النقل التلفزيوني لمسابقات كرة القدم السعودية في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا بلغت مليارين و320 مليون ريال سعودي، وذلك بعد استكمال جميع المتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية ذات الصلة.
وأوضحت الرابطة أن العقد يمتد لمدة 6 مواسم رياضية، بدأت في 19 أغسطس 2025، ويستمر حتى نهاية موسم 2030/2031، مشيرةً إلى أن هذه الخطوة تعكس النمو المتسارع في القيمة التجارية للمسابقات المحلية، وتعزز من مكانتها التنافسية على المستويين الإقليمي والدولي.
وبيّنت أن قناة ثمانية، كانت قد فازت بترسية حقوق النقل وفق الإعلان الصادر في 14 يونيو الماضي، مؤكدةً أن اختيار الناقل جاء استناداً إلى معايير فنية وتشغيلية وتجارية دقيقة، في ظل ما تتمتع به من خبرة في صناعة المحتوى وتطوير التجارب الرقمية، إضافة إلى امتلاكها بنية تقنية متقدمة ومنصات إعلامية متعددة تتيح تقديم منتج بث عالي الجودة.
وشددت الرابطة على أن هذه الاتفاقية تأتي ضمن مسار إستراتيجي لتطوير منظومة البث والمحتوى، بما يواكب تطور المشهد الرياضي، ويرتقي بجودة المنتج المقدم للجماهير، ويوفر تجربة مشاهدة أكثر تكاملاً وتفاعلية عبر مختلف القنوات والمنصات.
وأضافت أن بنود العقد تعكس مستوى أعلى من الاستقرار الاقتصادي والتنظيمي، وتمنح إطاراً زمنياً ملائماً لدعم خطط التطوير طويلة المدى، بما يسهم في تعزيز القيمة السوقية للمسابقات، وترسيخ استدامتها التجارية.
كما أكدت أن النمو في قيمة العقد سينعكس إيجاباً على الأندية من خلال نموذج توزيع الإيرادات المعتمد، الأمر الذي يدعم مواردها المالية، ويعزز قدرتها على الاستثمار في الجوانب الفنية والتشغيلية، ويرفع من مستوى التنافسية داخل المسابقات.
واختتمت الرابطة بالتأكيد على أن هذا التطور يأتي ضمن جهود مستمرة لرفع جودة المحتوى الرياضي السعودي، وتوسيع نطاق الوصول إلى الجماهير داخل المملكة وخارجها، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات تطوير القطاع الرياضي وتعزيز إسهامه في الاقتصاد الوطني.
The Saudi Professional League, in partnership with the First Division League and the Saudi Football Federation, confirmed that the total value of the television broadcasting rights contract for Saudi football competitions in the Middle East and North Africa has reached 2.32 billion Saudi Riyals, following the completion of all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
The league clarified that the contract extends for 6 sports seasons, starting on August 19, 2025, and continuing until the end of the 2030/2031 season, noting that this step reflects the accelerating growth in the commercial value of local competitions and enhances their competitive position at both the regional and international levels.
It was indicated that Channel Thamanyah had won the broadcasting rights as announced on June 14, confirming that the choice of the broadcaster was based on precise technical, operational, and commercial criteria, given its experience in content production and developing digital experiences, in addition to possessing advanced technical infrastructure and multiple media platforms that enable the provision of high-quality broadcasting products.
The league emphasized that this agreement is part of a strategic path to develop the broadcasting and content system, keeping pace with the evolution of the sports scene, improving the quality of the product offered to fans, and providing a more integrated and interactive viewing experience across various channels and platforms.
It added that the terms of the contract reflect a higher level of economic and organizational stability, providing a suitable timeframe to support long-term development plans, contributing to enhancing the market value of the competitions and solidifying their commercial sustainability.
It also confirmed that the growth in the value of the contract will positively impact the clubs through the approved revenue distribution model, which supports their financial resources, enhances their ability to invest in technical and operational aspects, and raises the level of competitiveness within the competitions.
The league concluded by affirming that this development is part of ongoing efforts to raise the quality of Saudi sports content and expand access to fans both within the Kingdom and abroad, in line with the objectives of developing the sports sector and enhancing its contribution to the national economy.
