حذّر وزير الدفاع الأمريكي بيت هيغسيث،، روسيا من أي تدخل في الحرب الدائرة مع إيران، مؤكداً أن واشنطن تتابع عن كثب أي تحركات قد تؤثر في مسار الصراع.
مكالمة قوية بين ترمب وبوتين
وجاءت تصريحات هيغسيث خلال مؤتمر صحفي، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، رداً على سؤال بشأن المكالمة الهاتفية التي جرت، أمس (الاثنين)، بين الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترمب ونظيره الروسي فلاديمير بوتين، والتي وصفها بأنها
«مكالمة حاسمة».
وفيما يتعلق بالمكالمة الهاتفية بين الرئيس ترمب ونظيره الروسي فلاديمير بوتين في اليوم السابق، قال الوزير هيغسيث: “كانت مكالمة قوية”، وأعرب عن أمله في أن “تُتيح فرصة لإعادة التأكيد على إمكانية السعي إلى السلام بأي شكل من الأشكال”. ومع ذلك، وفيما يتعلق بالتقارير التي تفيد بأن روسيا تُزوّد إيران بمعلومات حول مواقع الأصول الاستراتيجية الأمريكية،قال: “لقد أكدنا بوضوح على ضرورة عدم تدخل روسيا في هذا الصراع”.
وأضاف أن المكالمة حملت أيضاً رسالة واضحة بشأن الحرب مع إيران، مفادها أنه «لا ينبغي لروسيا التدخل في هذا الصراع»، في إشارة إلى رغبة واشنطن في إبقاء المواجهة بعيدة عن أي تصعيد دولي أوسع.
إيران تتعرض لخسارة كبيرة
ولوح هيغسيث: بأن اليوم الثلاثاء سيكون الأشد في الضربات الجوية على إيران منذ بداية الهجوم. وأضاف في مؤتمر صحفي، أن اليوم سيشهد إطلاق أكبر عدد من الطائرات المقاتلة والقاذفات ضد إيران.
ولفت إلى أن إيران أطلقت اليوم أقل عدد من الصواريخ خلال الحرب، مؤكدا «ننفذ مهمتنا ينجاح وسنواصل حتى هزيمة عدونا وفقاً لجدولنا الزمني وخياراتنا». وأكد وزير الحرب أن «إيران تقف وحدها وتتعرض لخسارة كبيرة، لافتا إلى أنها تطلق صواريخ من المدارس والمستشفيات».وتابع: «أهدافنا هي تدمير الصواريخ والقاعدة الصناعية الدفاعية، وتدمير البحرية الإيرانية».
وكان هيغسيث، لوح الأحد، بتصعيد عسكري ضد إيران، قائلاً «ضرباتنا على طهران ستشتد وهي تسير وفق الخطة تماما».
وقال في تصريحات لقناة NBC، إنه «سيأتي وقت لن يكون أمام إيران خيار سوى الاستسلام عندما تصبح غير قادرة على القتال عسكرياً».
وأوضح إن شروط إنهاء الحرب مع إيران سيحددها الرئيس دونالد ترمب، مشيراً إلى أن مسألة «الاستسلام غير المشروط» قد تأخذ أشكالاً مختلفة.
وتحدث هيغسيث عن احتمال إرسال قوات برية إلى إيران، وقال إن واشنطن لن تكشف حدود عملياتها العسكرية ضد إيران، مشدداً على أن الولايات المتحدة مستعدة للمضي «إلى أبعد حد لتحقيق أهدافها».
وأضاف «نحن من نضع الشروط في الحرب على إيران، مؤكدا أن واشنطن ستقضي على طموحات إيران النووية.
تدمير القدرات الصاروخية
من جهته، قال رئيس هيئة الأركان الأمريكية المشتركة دان كين، إن الضربات الأمريكية على إيران»تركز على تدمير القدرات الصاروخية والمسيرات وأيضاً القدرات البحرية الإيرانية«، مشيراً إلى توجيه ضربات ضد أكثر من 5 آلاف هدف في إيران.
وأوضح خلال مؤتمر صحفي مشترك: أطلقنا عشرات الصواريخ الخارقة للتحصينات. وأعلن تراجع قدرات إيران الصاروخية بنسبة 90%، منذ اندلاع الحرب، وتراجع قدرات المسيرات بنسبة 83%»
وأفاد بأن القوات الأمريكية تضرب قلب القدرات التصنيعية العسكرية لإيران«. وقال كين إن الولايات المتحدة هاجمت سفن زرع ألغام إيرانية، وأغرقت أو دمرت أكثر من 50 سفينة حربية خلال الأيام العشرة الأولى من الحملة على إيران.
مجموعة واسعة من الأهداف
وكان مسؤول عسكري أمريكي كبير، أعلن أن القوات الأمريكية استهدفت مجموعة واسعة من الأهداف العسكرية في إيران.
وقال إن الأهداف شملت مواقع مرتبطة بالحرس الثوري الإيراني، إضافة إلى صواريخ ومنصات إطلاقها، وما تبقى من أنظمة الدفاع الجوي الإيرانية، وفق ما نقلته «نيويورك تايمز»
من جانبه، أعلن الحرس الثوري الإيراني تنفيذ عملية رد واسعة، شملت إطلاق صواريخ وطائرات مسيرة باتجاه أهداف إسرائيلية، إضافة لاستهداف القواعد العسكرية الأمريكية في المنطقة.

A Strong Call Between Trump and Putin
Hegseth’s statements came during a press conference today (Tuesday) in response to a question about the phone call that took place yesterday (Monday) between U.S. President Donald Trump and his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin, which he described as a
“decisive call.”
Regarding the phone call between President Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin the day before, Secretary Hegseth said, “It was a strong call,” expressing hope that it “would provide an opportunity to reaffirm the possibility of seeking peace in any form.” However, regarding reports that Russia is providing Iran with information about the locations of U.S. strategic assets, he stated, “We have clearly emphasized the necessity for Russia not to intervene in this conflict.”
He added that the call also carried a clear message regarding the war with Iran, stating that “Russia should not intervene in this conflict,” indicating Washington’s desire to keep the confrontation away from any broader international escalation.
Iran Faces a Major Loss
Hegseth hinted that today, Tuesday, would be the most intense in airstrikes against Iran since the beginning of the attack. He added in a press conference that today would witness the launch of the largest number of fighter jets and bombers against Iran.
He noted that Iran launched the fewest number of missiles during the war today, affirming, “We are successfully executing our mission and will continue until we defeat our enemy according to our timeline and options.” The Secretary of Defense confirmed that “Iran stands alone and is facing a significant loss,” pointing out that it is launching missiles from schools and hospitals. He continued, “Our targets are to destroy the missiles and the defensive industrial base, and to destroy the Iranian navy.”
Hegseth had hinted on Sunday at a military escalation against Iran, stating, “Our strikes on Tehran will intensify and are proceeding exactly according to plan.”
He stated in comments to NBC that “the time will come when Iran will have no choice but to surrender when it becomes unable to fight militarily.”
He clarified that the conditions for ending the war with Iran would be determined by President Donald Trump, indicating that the issue of “unconditional surrender” could take different forms.
Hegseth spoke about the possibility of sending ground troops to Iran, stating that Washington would not disclose the limits of its military operations against Iran, emphasizing that the United States is prepared to go “to the utmost to achieve its goals.”
He added, “We are the ones setting the terms in the war against Iran,” confirming that Washington will eliminate Iran’s nuclear ambitions.
Destruction of Missile Capabilities
For his part, U.S. Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Dan Keen stated that U.S. strikes on Iran “focus on destroying missile capabilities, drones, and also Iranian naval capabilities,” noting that strikes have been directed against more than 5,000 targets in Iran.
He explained during a joint press conference: We launched dozens of bunker-busting missiles. He announced a 90% reduction in Iran’s missile capabilities since the outbreak of the war, and an 83% reduction in drone capabilities.
He reported that U.S. forces are striking the heart of Iran’s military manufacturing capabilities. Keen stated that the United States attacked Iranian mine-laying ships, sinking or destroying more than 50 warships during the first ten days of the campaign against Iran.
A Wide Range of Targets
A senior U.S. military official announced that U.S. forces targeted a wide range of military objectives in Iran.
He stated that the targets included sites linked to the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, as well as missiles and their launch platforms, and what remains of Iranian air defense systems, according to what was reported by the “New York Times.”
For its part, the Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced the execution of a wide-ranging retaliatory operation, which included launching missiles and drones toward Israeli targets, in addition to targeting U.S. military bases in the region.
