أعلنت وزارة الداخلية السورية القبض على أحد المتورّطين في إدارة شبكات واسعة النطاق لتهريب المواد المخدرة، عبر مسارات داخلية وخارجية عدة.
وأفادت الوزارة في منشور عبر قناتها على تلغرام، اليوم الأحد، بأن إدارة مكافحة المخدرات نفذت عملية أمنية نوعية أفضت إلى القبض على المدعو فياض الغانم، المتورط في إدارة شبكات واسعة النطاق لتهريب المواد المخدرة عبر مسارات داخلية وخارجية عدة.
وأضافت أن المذكور بدأ نشاطه في مناطق حلب وشرق الفرات، موضحة أنه يُنسب إليه سابقاً تأسيس مليشيا مسلحة تحمل اسم “صقور الرقة”، ضمت عدداً من المقاتلين المحليين خلال سنوات الثورة. وأكدت أنه استغل علاقاته مع أجهزة النظام البائد، وارتبط بعلاقات وثيقة مع المجرم سهيل الحسن، وعمل ضمن مجموعات مسلحة متحالفة معه في مناطق الرقة وشرق الفرات.
ولفتت الوزارة إلى أن التحقيقات أظهرت أن الأنشطة المرتبطة بالمدعو فياض شملت تهريب كميات من مادة الكبتاغون من سورية إلى دول عدة، بينها لبنان والعراق وتركيا، مع مؤشرات على امتداد هذه الشبكات إلى أسواق خارجية عبر مسارات تهريب دولية.
وأكدت الداخلية السورية أن الجهات المختصة تواصل تحقيقاتها لكشف كامل تفاصيل الشبكات المرتبطة به وتعقب جميع المتورطين فيها، تمهيداً لتقديمهم إلى القضاء المختص، واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقهم.
وتواصل إدارة مكافحة المخدرات، بالتنسيق مع قوى الأمن الداخلي، جهودها المكثفة لوضع حد لآفة المخدرات، إذ صادرت وأتلفت خلال الأشهر الماضية كميات كبيرة من هذه الآفة التي عمل النظام البائد على إنتاجها وترويجها داخل المجتمع، إضافة إلى تصديرها إلى دول الجوار ومناطق أخرى من العالم.

The ministry reported in a post on its Telegram channel today, Sunday, that the Anti-Narcotics Directorate carried out a significant security operation that led to the arrest of the individual named Fayyad Al-Ghanem, who is involved in managing extensive networks for smuggling narcotic substances through various internal and external routes.
It added that the mentioned individual began his activities in the Aleppo and Eastern Euphrates regions, noting that he is previously attributed to founding an armed militia named “Saqour Al-Raqqa,” which included a number of local fighters during the years of the revolution. It confirmed that he exploited his relationships with the regime’s security apparatus and established close ties with the criminal Suhail Al-Hassan, working within armed groups allied with him in the Raqqa and Eastern Euphrates areas.
The ministry pointed out that investigations revealed that the activities related to Fayyad included smuggling quantities of Captagon from Syria to several countries, including Lebanon, Iraq, and Turkey, with indications that these networks extend to foreign markets through international smuggling routes.
The Syrian Ministry of Interior confirmed that the relevant authorities continue their investigations to uncover all the details of the networks associated with him and to track down all those involved, in preparation for presenting them to the competent judiciary and taking the necessary legal measures against them.
The Anti-Narcotics Directorate continues, in coordination with the Internal Security Forces, its intensive efforts to put an end to the scourge of drugs, having seized and destroyed large quantities of this scourge in recent months, which the fallen regime worked to produce and promote within society, in addition to exporting it to neighboring countries and other regions of the world.
