ضبط البرنامج الوطني لمكافحة التستر التجاري 71 حالة اشتباه أولية بالتستر خلال شهر مارس 2026م، وذلك عبر تنفيذ 2611 زيارة تفتيشية في مختلف مناطق المملكة، استناداً إلى الدلالات والمؤشرات المرتبطة بمخالفات التستر.
واستهدفت الجولات التفتيشية التحقّق من امتثال المنشآت التجارية وضبط جرائم ومخالفات نظام مكافحة التستر، وشملت أنشطة متعددة أبرزها: البيع بالتجزئة للمعادن الثمينة والأحجار الكريمة، والمكسرات والبن والتوابل والعطارة، ومنتجات المخابز والحلويات، والعطور، والفواكه والخضروات، والحقائب. وتمّت إحالة المخالفين إلى الجهات المختصة لاستكمال إجراءات التحقق وتطبيق العقوبات النظامية.
وينص نظام مكافحة التستر على عقوبات تصل إلى السجن 5 سنوات وغرامة مالية تصل إلى 5 ملايين ريال، إضافة إلى مصادرة الأموال غير المشروعة بعد صدور أحكام قضائية نهائية. وتشمل العقوبات التبعية: إغلاق المنشأة، وتصفية النشاط، وشطب السجل التجاري، والمنع من مزاولة النشاط، واستيفاء الزكاة والرسوم والضرائب، والتشهير، وإبعاد المتستر عليهم ومنعهم من العودة للعمل في المملكة.
The National Program for Combating Commercial Concealment identified 71 initial cases of suspicion of concealment during March 2026, through the execution of 2,611 inspection visits across various regions of the Kingdom, based on indicators and signs related to concealment violations.
The inspection tours aimed to verify the compliance of commercial establishments and to detect crimes and violations of the Anti-Concealment Law. The activities included various sectors, notably: retail sales of precious metals and gemstones, nuts, coffee, spices and herbal products, bakery and confectionery products, perfumes, fruits and vegetables, and bags. Violators were referred to the relevant authorities to complete verification procedures and apply legal penalties.
The Anti-Concealment Law stipulates penalties of up to 5 years in prison and fines of up to 5 million riyals, in addition to the confiscation of illegal funds after final judicial rulings. The accompanying penalties include: closure of the establishment, liquidation of the business, cancellation of the commercial registration, prohibition from practicing the activity, settlement of zakat, fees, and taxes, publicizing the violations, deporting those who are concealed, and preventing them from returning to work in the Kingdom.
