رغم انتهاء التيك توكر المصرية المعروفة إعلاميًا بـ«سوزي الأردنية» من قضاء المدة المحكوم بها في القضية الرئيسية المتعلقة بنشر محتوى خادش للحياء، إلا أن خروجها من الحبس ما زال متعثرًا حتى الآن بسبب تعقيدات إجرائية وقضائية متعددة، أبرزها وجود أحكام غرامات أخرى وإجراءات معارضة، إضافة إلى قضايا مترتبة أخرى.
وكانت محكمة مستأنف القاهرة الاقتصادية قد قضت في ديسمبر 2025 بتخفيض عقوبة الحبس الصادرة بحقها من سنة إلى 6 أشهر مع الإبقاء على غرامة قدرها 100 ألف جنيه، وذلك في اتهامها ببث فيديوهات ومقاطع خادشة للحياء العام عبر «تيك توك».
سداد الغرامة المالية
وأكد محاميها في يناير 2026 سداد الغرامة المالية بالكامل تمهيدًا للإفراج، كما أعلن في مطلع فبراير 2026 أن موكلته أنهت مدة الحبس فعليًا، وأن إجراءات الإفراج بدأت بالفعل.
لكن، شهدت الأيام الأخيرة تعثرًا واضحًا في تنفيذ الإفراج، حيث كشف الفحص الجنائي والإجراءات الأمنية وجود أحكام غرامات أخرى صادرة ضدها، ما استدعى نقلها من قسم شرطة التجمع الأول إلى المحكمة لإجراء معارضة على تلك الأحكام.
وأفادت مصادر قضائية بأن هذه الغرامات الإضافية تسببت في تعليق الخروج المباشر، رغم إنهاء الإجراءات الأساسية في القضية الرئيسية.
إضافة إلى ذلك، تواجه «سوزي الأردنية» قضية منفصلة أكثر خطورة تتعلق بالاشتباه في غسل أموال بقيمة تقدر بنحو 15 مليون جنيه، مرتبطة بأرباحها من البث المباشر والمحتوى على «تيك توك»، وتم إخلاء سبيلها في هذه القضية تحديدًا في فبراير 2026، لكن الإجراءات المتداخلة بين القضايا أدت إلى تأخير الإفراج النهائي.
موعد خروج سوزي الأردنية
محامو الدفاع أكدوا في تصريحات متفرقة أن الإفراج بات وشيكًا بعد استكمال كافة المستندات والتوقيعات اللازمة، ومن المتوقع أن يتم خلال أيام قليلة إذا لم تظهر عقبات إضافية.
في المقابل، تستمر المتابعة القضائية للقضايا المتبقية، وسط جدل واسع على مواقع التواصل حول طبيعة المحتوى الذي أدى إلى هذه القضايا المتعددة.
ويبقى وضع سوزي معلقًا حتى إشعار آخر، مع توقعات من دفاعها بصدور قرار نهائي بالإفراج خلال الأيام القادمة بعد حسم المعارضات القضائية.
Despite the Egyptian TikToker known in the media as “Suzy the Jordanian” having completed her sentence in the main case related to publishing indecent content, her release from prison is still stalled due to multiple procedural and judicial complications, the most notable being the existence of other fines and opposition procedures, in addition to other related cases.
The Cairo Economic Appeals Court had ruled in December 2025 to reduce her prison sentence from one year to six months while maintaining a fine of 100,000 Egyptian pounds, in connection with her being accused of broadcasting indecent videos and clips on “TikTok”.
Payment of the Financial Fine
Her lawyer confirmed in January 2026 that the financial fine had been fully paid in preparation for her release, and announced in early February 2026 that his client had effectively completed her prison term, and that the release procedures had indeed begun.
However, recent days have seen a clear setback in executing the release, as forensic examinations and security procedures revealed the existence of additional fines issued against her, necessitating her transfer from the First Settlement Police Station to the court to contest those rulings.
Judicial sources reported that these additional fines have caused a suspension of her immediate release, despite the completion of the basic procedures in the main case.
Additionally, “Suzy the Jordanian” faces a separate, more serious case related to suspicions of money laundering amounting to approximately 15 million Egyptian pounds, linked to her earnings from live broadcasting and content on “TikTok”. She was released in this specific case in February 2026, but the overlapping procedures between the cases have led to delays in her final release.

Defense lawyers have confirmed in various statements that her release is imminent after completing all necessary documents and signatures, and it is expected to occur within a few days if no additional obstacles arise.
Meanwhile, judicial follow-up continues on the remaining cases, amid widespread debate on social media regarding the nature of the content that led to these multiple cases.
Suzy’s situation remains in limbo until further notice, with her defense team anticipating a final decision on her release in the coming days after resolving the judicial oppositions.
