أعلنت شركة غوغل تحديثاً نوعياً في قدرات نموذجها Gemini يرفع مستوى توليد وتعديل الصور بالذكاء الاصطناعي، مع تمكين المستخدمين من تلوين الصور القديمة بدقة عالية مع الحفاظ على التفاصيل الأصلية.
ويأتي هذا التحديث في سياق سباق عالمي متسارع لتطوير أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي البصري، حيث ركزت (غوغل) على تحسين فهم النموذج لسياق الصورة، وتعزيز قدرته على التعامل مع أدق التفاصيل مثل ملامح الوجه، وانعكاسات الضوء، وملمس الأقمشة، والخلفيات الدقيقة، دون المساس بالبنية الأصلية للصورة.
ووفق ما أوضحته الشركة، أصبح بإمكان المستخدمين إدخال برومبت دقيق يطلب «إحياء الصورة وتلوينها مع الحفاظ على التفاصيل الصغيرة وعدم تغيير أي عناصر جوهرية»، ليقوم النظام بتحليل المشهد بصرياً ومنطقياً قبل تطبيق الألوان، مع إمكانية إجراء تعديلات طفيفة فقط إذا كانت ضرورية لجعل النتيجة أكثر اتساقاً وواقعية، من دون إضافة عناصر متخيلة أو غير موجودة في الأصل.
ويعتمد التحديث على نماذج توليد متقدمة متعددة المراحل تقلل من التشوهات اللونية والأخطاء الشائعة في تلوين الصور التاريخية، خصوصاً في درجات البشرة والظلال الطبيعية، وهي نقاط كانت تمثل تحدياً في الإصدارات السابقة من أدوات التلوين الآلي.

According to the company, users can now input a precise prompt requesting “to revive the image and color it while preserving small details and not altering any essential elements,” allowing the system to analyze the scene visually and logically before applying colors, with the possibility of making only minor adjustments if necessary to make the result more consistent and realistic, without adding imagined or non-existent elements.
The update relies on advanced multi-stage generative models that reduce color distortions and common errors in colorizing historical images, particularly in skin tones and natural shadows, which have been challenging points in previous versions of automatic coloring tools.
Experts in digital design believe that this step enhances Gemini’s presence in the professional field, whether in archiving historical photos, producing media content, or reviving old family photos with contemporary quality, while maintaining the authenticity of the shot and its visual credibility.
