أعلن الرئيس الإيراني مسعود بزشكيان أن المجلس المؤقت لقيادة البلاد بدأ عمله اليوم (الأحد)، عقب اغتيال المرشد الإيراني علي خامنئي، مشدداً على أن طهران ستواصل الضرب بقوة لـ«تدمير قواعد الأعداء العسكرية، ودفعهم نحو اليأس كالعادة»، على حد قوله.
ومجلس القيادة عبارة عن هيئة مكلفة بالقيام بدور خامنئي إلى أن ينتخب مجلس الخبراء مرشداً جديداً.
وأضاف بزشكيان في خطاب مقتضب بثته وكالة «فارس» للأنباء أن ألم اغتيال المرشد علي خامنئي الذي قُتل في هجمات أمريكية إسرائيلية على إيران، أمس (السبت)، سيظل يتردد في أذهان الشعب الإيراني طويلاً.
وقال: «نحن ثابتون في السير على درب الفخر والاستقلال والمجد لإيران الحبيبة»، لافتاً إلى أنه على «الشعوب التحرك لمواجهة التوسع الأمريكي الصهيوني الذي سيطال جميع الدول بعد استهداف إيران». وذكر أن «القوات المسلحة الإيرانية تضرب بكل قوة قواعد الأعداء».
وكانت وكالة أنباء الطلبة الإيرانية (إسنا) أفادت بأنه تم تعيين رجل الدين علي رضا أعرافي عضواً في مجلس القيادة الإيراني.
وسيكون أعرافي، وهو عضو في «مجلس صيانة الدستور»، جزءاً من مجلس القيادة المؤقت إلى جانب الرئيس مسعود بزشكيان، ورئيس السلطة القضائية غلام حسين محسني أجئي.
وكان أمين المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي الإيراني علي لاريجاني قال إن تشكيل مجلس قيادة مؤقت سيتم قريباً تمهيداً لاختيار قائد جديد، بعدما أعلنت طهران في وقت سابق اغتيال المرشد الإيراني علي خامنئي.
وأضاف لاريجاني في مقابلة مع التلفزيون الإيراني: «سيتم قريباً تشكيل مجلس قيادة مؤقت إلى حين انتخاب المرشد القادم»، مشيراً إلى أن الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل «أحرقتا قلب الشعب الإيراني» بعد اغتيالهما المرشد علي خامنئي، متوعداً بـ«حرق قلوبهم بالمقابل».
The Iranian President Masoud Bezhakian announced that the interim council for leading the country began its work today (Sunday), following the assassination of Iranian leader Ali Khamenei, emphasizing that Tehran will continue to strike hard to “destroy the military bases of the enemies and drive them to despair as usual,” according to his statement.
The leadership council is a body tasked with taking on Khamenei’s role until a new leader is elected by the Assembly of Experts.
Bezhakian added in a brief speech broadcast by the Fars news agency that the pain of the assassination of leader Ali Khamenei, who was killed in American-Israeli attacks on Iran yesterday (Saturday), will resonate in the minds of the Iranian people for a long time.
He said: “We are steadfast in walking the path of pride, independence, and glory for beloved Iran,” noting that “peoples must move to confront the American-Zionist expansion that will affect all countries after targeting Iran.” He mentioned that “the Iranian armed forces are striking the enemies’ bases with full force.”
The Iranian Students’ News Agency (ISNA) reported that cleric Ali Reza Arefi has been appointed as a member of the Iranian leadership council.
Arefi, who is a member of the “Guardian Council,” will be part of the interim leadership council alongside President Masoud Bezhakian and Judiciary Chief Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei.
Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran Ali Larijani stated that the formation of an interim leadership council will take place soon in preparation for selecting a new leader, after Tehran previously announced the assassination of Iranian leader Ali Khamenei.
Larijani added in an interview with Iranian television: “An interim leadership council will soon be formed until the next leader is elected,” pointing out that the United States and Israel “have burned the hearts of the Iranian people” after their assassination of leader Ali Khamenei, threatening to “burn their hearts in return.”
