تعهد رئيس الوزراء الصيني لي تشيانغ بالعمل على تعزيز توازن التجارة، في وقت تتزايد فيه صادرات البلاد وتتصاعد مطالب الشركاء التجاريين بمعالجة الفائض التجاري.
وقال لي تشيانغ في كلمة رئيسية خلال منتدى التنمية الصيني في بكين، اليوم: «نأخذ مخاوف شركائنا التجاريين على محمل الجد، ونحن مستعدون للعمل مع جميع الأطراف لتعزيز تطوير تجارة سليمة ومتوازنة».
فرص أكبر
وأضاف أن الصين ستعمل على توسيع الوصول إلى الأسواق في قطاع الخدمات، وزيادة وارداتها من المنتجات الطبية والرعاية الصحية والتقنيات الرقمية والخدمات منخفضة الكربون، بما يوفر فرصاً أكبر للشركات الأجنبية.
وتأتي هذه التصريحات في وقت تزداد فيه المخاطر على الاقتصاد الصيني بفعل الحرب في إيران، رغم بداية قوية نسبياً للعام مدعومة بارتفاع الاستهلاك والاستثمار المحليين.
وفي الأسابيع الأخيرة، أدت التوترات في الشرق الأوسط إلى اضطراب أسواق الطاقة وتعطيل حركة التجارة، ما يهدد بزيادة تكاليف الوقود والمواد الخام، ويضغط على هوامش أرباح الشركات الصناعية التي تعاني بالفعل من منافسة حادة.
Chinese Premier Li Qiang pledged to work on enhancing trade balance, as the country’s exports increase and demands from trade partners rise to address the trade surplus.
Li Qiang stated in a keynote speech during the China Development Forum in Beijing today: “We take our trade partners’ concerns seriously, and we are ready to work with all parties to promote the development of sound and balanced trade.”
Greater Opportunities
He added that China will work to expand access to markets in the services sector, increase imports of medical products, healthcare, digital technologies, and low-carbon services, thereby providing greater opportunities for foreign companies.
These statements come at a time when risks to the Chinese economy are rising due to the war in Iran, despite a relatively strong start to the year supported by increased domestic consumption and investment.
In recent weeks, tensions in the Middle East have led to disruptions in energy markets and hindered trade flows, threatening to increase fuel and raw material costs, and putting pressure on the profit margins of industrial companies that are already facing intense competition.
