طرح مركز المناهج -للاستطلاع- لائحة تطبيق مواد الهوية الوطنية في المدارس التي تطبق منهجاً مغايراً لمنهج التعليم الحكومي وتشمل المدارس الأهلية والعالمية، وتسري اللائحة على جميع المدارس الأهلية والعالمية التي يملكها مستثمر لجميع المراحل التعليمية حتى الثانوية وتقدّم تعليماً متعدد الثقافات لشريحة من الطلاب.
وتلتزم الوزارة، بمتابعة امتثال المدارس الأهلية والعالمية في تطبيق مواد اللائحة، ويتم التحقق من تطبيق مواد الهوية الوطنية ضمن المتطلبات الأساسية قبل البدء بعمليات التقويم والاعتماد المدرسي، ويتطلب من المدرسة التي ترغب في تقديم منهج عالمي -بعد الحصول على الترخيص من الوزارة- الالتزام بعدة ضوابط منها تدريس مواد الهوية الوطنية الواردة في دليل الخطط الدراسية، وتضمين الخطة الدراسية عدد ساعات التدريس في جميع المراحل التعليمية، وإضافة مواد الهوية الوطنية والتقييم النهائي لها في وثيقة النتيجة النهائية للطالب.
ويُقدّم المركز -بناءً على طلب المدارس الأهلية والعالمية- نسخاً من مناهج الهوية الوطنية المقررة على طلاب التعليم العام. كما تحتسب مواد الهوية الوطنية ضمن الشروط الأساسية لتصديق الشهادات وتوثيقها، وتُتّخذ الإجراءات المناسبة عند المخالفة.
The Curriculum Center -for consultation- has proposed a list for the application of national identity materials in schools that implement a curriculum different from the government education system, including private and international schools. This list applies to all private and international schools owned by an investor for all educational stages up to secondary education and offers multicultural education to a segment of students.
The ministry is committed to monitoring the compliance of private and international schools in applying the provisions of the list. Verification of the application of national identity materials is part of the basic requirements before starting the evaluation and school accreditation processes. Schools wishing to offer an international curriculum -after obtaining a license from the ministry- must adhere to several regulations, including teaching the national identity materials included in the curriculum plans guide, incorporating the number of teaching hours in all educational stages, and adding national identity materials and their final assessment in the student’s final result document.
Based on requests from private and international schools, the center provides copies of the national identity curricula prescribed for general education students. National identity materials are also counted among the basic conditions for certifying and documenting certificates, and appropriate measures are taken in case of violations.
