انتقلت القيادة من نمط التوجيه إلى منطق الإلهام. لم تعد الدولة موجهًا بل محفزة على الابتكار.
الجرأة مع الأمير محمد بن سلمان تحولت بفعل الإيمان والثقة إلى طمأنينة ساهمت في صنع واقع جديد. ومعها ولدت بيئة ريادية تسابق خلالها المواطنون على الإبداع، وعملت فيها المؤسسات بروح تنافسية، وأصبح الإبداع جزءًا من هوية الدولة.

اقتصاد المستقبل بات عنوان المرحلة بفضل الله ثم بإلهام ولي العهد. توسعت الصناعات الوطنية. نمت القطاعات الرقمية والتقنية. ارتفعت كفاءة الإنفاق الحكومي. أُعيدت هيكلة القطاعات، وطُوّرت التشريعات، وتقدمت المملكة إلى المركز الثاني عالميًا في الحكومة الرقمية وفقًا للمؤشر الصادر عن مجموعة البنك الدولي لعام 2025م. توسعت البنى التحتية في النقل والطاقة والمدن الذكية والمراكز الثقافية. إنها دولة تنتقل إلى نموذج إداري مرن، شفاف، منضبط.
وفي قلب كل ذلك، كان الإنسان السعودي هو جوهر التحول. انخفض معدل البطالة إلى أقل من 7% قبل الموعد المحدد. تجاوزت مشاركة المرأة في سوق العمل 36%، متخطية مستهدفات الرؤية. توسعت فرص الشباب في التقنية والثقافة والترفيه والسياحة. تحسنت جودة الحياة. ارتفعت تغطية الرعاية الصحية إلى 97.4% من المراكز السكانية. بلغ متوسط العمر المتوقع نحو 79.7 سنة. لم يعد التمكين قرارًا إداريًا، بل تحولاً اجتماعياً عميقاً.
ثقافيًا وسياحيًا، تجاوزت المملكة هدف استقبال 100 مليون سائح قبل موعد 2030. استقبلت أكثر من 11 مليون معتمرحتى الربع الثالث من 2025. ارتفع عدد المواقع السعودية المدرجة ضمن التراث العالمي لليونسكو. أصبحت المواسم والفعاليات منصة لاستعادة الهوية بروح حديثة. لم تعد الثقافة هامشًا، بل جزءًا من صناعة الصورة الوطنية.
رياضيًا، تحولت الرياضة إلى صناعة واستثمار وحضور عالمي. استضافة كأس العالم 2034 ليست حدثًا رياضيًا فقط، بل رسالة طموح. أصبحت الملاعب واجهة وطن، والبطولات منصة حضور دولي.
سياسيًا، عزز ولي العهد مكانة المملكة قوة متزنة مؤثرة. انتهج سياسة خارجية متوازنة، قائمة على المصالح المشتركة وتنويع الشراكات شرقًا وغربًا. أصبحت الرياض محطة قرار في ملفات الطاقة والاستثمار وصناعة التوافقات. لم تعد المملكة تُعرّف برد الفعل، بل بالمبادرة.
والأكثر عمقاً أن هذه المرحلة أعادت تعريف مفهوم النهوض في الوعي العربي والإسلامي. لم يعد التقدم استيراد نموذج من الخارج، بل مشروعاً أصيلاً ينبع من الداخل، متصالحًا مع الهوية، منفتحًا على العالم بثقة وبإيمان يستلهم الثوابت. نهضة بروح عربية وإسلامية، تؤكد أن الحداثة لا تعني القطيعة، بل التطوير المستمر الذي يستمد ثباته من الجذور..

Since 2017, the Saudi consciousness of itself has changed. It no longer views itself merely as citizens in a stable state; rather, it sees itself as partners in shaping a global future. The leadership has shifted from a directive model to one of inspiration. The state is no longer a mere guide but a catalyst for innovation.
The boldness with Prince Mohammed bin Salman has transformed, through faith and trust, into a reassurance that has contributed to creating a new reality. Along with it, an entrepreneurial environment was born, where citizens competed in creativity, institutions operated with a competitive spirit, and innovation became part of the state’s identity.
Economically, the Kingdom has repositioned itself from a model of imitation to one of innovation. The contribution of the non-oil economy has risen to about 55% of the GDP. The assets of the Public Investment Fund continued to grow, approaching 3.5 trillion riyals. More than 700 international companies have opened their regional headquarters within the Kingdom. Saudi Arabia has become one of the fastest-growing economies in the G20. This is not a superficial diversification but a rebuilding of the economic structure on sustainable foundations.
The economy of the future has become the hallmark of this phase, thanks to God and the inspiration of the Crown Prince. National industries have expanded. Digital and technological sectors have grown. The efficiency of government spending has increased. Sectors have been restructured, legislation has been developed, and the Kingdom has advanced to second place globally in digital government according to the index released by the World Bank Group for 2025. Infrastructure in transportation, energy, smart cities, and cultural centers has expanded. It is a country transitioning to a flexible, transparent, and disciplined administrative model.
At the heart of all this, the Saudi citizen has been the essence of the transformation. The unemployment rate has dropped to less than 7% ahead of schedule. Women’s participation in the labor market has exceeded 36%, surpassing the targets of the vision. Opportunities for youth in technology, culture, entertainment, and tourism have expanded. Quality of life has improved. Healthcare coverage has risen to 97.4% of population centers. Life expectancy has reached about 79.7 years. Empowerment is no longer an administrative decision but a profound social transformation.
Culturally and touristically, the Kingdom has surpassed the goal of receiving 100 million tourists ahead of 2030. It welcomed more than 11 million Umrah pilgrims by the third quarter of 2025. The number of Saudi sites listed as UNESCO World Heritage has increased. Seasons and events have become a platform for reclaiming identity in a modern spirit. Culture is no longer marginal but part of the national image-making process.
In sports, athletics has transformed into an industry, investment, and global presence. Hosting the 2034 World Cup is not just a sporting event but a message of ambition. Stadiums have become the face of the nation, and championships serve as platforms for international presence.
Politically, the Crown Prince has strengthened the Kingdom’s position as a balanced and influential power. He has pursued a balanced foreign policy based on common interests and diversified partnerships to the East and West. Riyadh has become a decision-making hub in energy, investment, and consensus-building. The Kingdom is no longer defined by reaction but by initiative.
Moreover, this phase has redefined the concept of renaissance in Arab and Islamic consciousness. Progress is no longer about importing a model from abroad but is an authentic project that stems from within, reconciled with identity, and open to the world with confidence and faith that draws inspiration from constants. A renaissance with an Arab and Islamic spirit, affirming that modernity does not mean rupture but continuous development that derives its stability from its roots.
When history writes about this phase, it will look for the major transformations that changed the course. It will find that my master’s ascension to the throne was not a fleeting moment but the beginning of a different Saudi era. An era where the future is built every day, with the confidence of a leader, the will of a people, and the ambition of a homeland without limits.
