طالب مدرب فريق برشلونة الإسباني هانزي فليك بتوضيح أسباب عدم احتساب ركلة جزاء على مدافع أتليتيكو مدريد الإسباني مارك بوبيل، الذي لمس الكرة خلال مواجهة الفريقين في ذهاب ربع نهائي دوري أبطال أوروبا، التي حسمها فريق العاصمة بنتيجة 2-0 في اللقاء الذي جمعهما على ملعب كامب نو.
وقال: «أوقف بوبيل الكرة بيده بشكل واضح داخل منطقة الجزاء، بعدما تلقاها من زميله حارس المرمى الأرجنتيني خوان موسو على إثر ركلة مرمى في الدقيقة 55، ولم يشر الحكم إلى أي مخالفة، ما أثار غضب لاعبي برشلونة وأعضاء جهازه الفني».
وأضاف فليك في مؤتمر صحافي عقب اللقاء، تم نقله عبر قناة الـ«beIN SPORTS»: «لا أستطيع تصديق ما حدث! الحارس نفّذ الركلة، واللاعب أوقف الكرة بيده، ثم تم استئناف اللعب، والمفروض إشهار البطاقة الحمراء (إنذار ثانٍ للاعب)، وركلة جزاء، وهذه الحالة كانت كفيلة بتغيير مجرى المباراة بالكامل».
وأبدى المدرب الألماني، الذي لا يرغب عادة في خوض سجالات تحكيمية، أسفه لعدم تدخل حكم الفيديو المساعد «VAR» في هذه اللقطة، رغم أنه تدخل لطرد مدافع برشلونة الشاب باو كوبارسي بشكل منطقي في نهاية الشوط الأول.
وأضاف: «على حكم الفيديو أن ينادي الحكم ويقول له: حسناً، يجب أن نراجع هذه اللقطة، كما فعلوا في وقت سابق، لم أتحدث إلى الحكم، ومن الأفضل ألا أفعل، لا أعرف لماذا لم يتم استخدام تقنية الفيديو، الحكم.. أعتقد أنه كان نزيهاً، جميعنا نرتكب أخطاء، لكن ما الفائدة من تقنية الفيديو؟ لا أستطيع فهم ذلك».
Barcelona’s Spanish team coach Hansi Flick demanded clarification on why a penalty was not awarded against Atlético Madrid’s defender Marc Pobble, who touched the ball during the match between the two teams in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals, which the capital team won 2-0 at Camp Nou.
He said: “Pobble clearly stopped the ball with his hand inside the penalty area after receiving it from his teammate, Argentine goalkeeper Juan Musso, following a goal kick in the 55th minute, and the referee did not indicate any foul, which angered the Barcelona players and members of their coaching staff.”
Flick added in a press conference after the match, broadcast on beIN SPORTS: “I can’t believe what happened! The goalkeeper took the kick, and the player stopped the ball with his hand, then play resumed, and a red card (second yellow for the player) and a penalty should have been issued. This situation could have completely changed the course of the match.”
The German coach, who usually does not wish to engage in refereeing disputes, expressed his regret that the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) did not intervene in this incident, even though it did intervene to send off Barcelona’s young defender Pau Cubarsi logically at the end of the first half.
He added: “The VAR should call the referee and say: ‘Okay, we need to review this incident,’ as they did earlier. I did not speak to the referee, and it’s better that I don’t.
