أعلنت وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية رصد مكافأة تصل إلى 10 ملايين دولار لمن يدلي بمعلومات عن عدد من القيادات الإيرانية، بينهم المرشد الإيراني الجديد مجتبى خامنئي.
وجاء الإعلان عبر برنامج «مكافآت من أجل العدالة» التابع لخدمة الأمن الدبلوماسي في وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية، الذي أكد أن المكافأة مخصصة للحصول على معلومات تتعلق بقيادات بارزة يشتبه في دورها بإدارة أنشطة الحرس الثوري الإيراني.
اتهامات بتنظيم عمليات حول العالم
وأوضح البرنامج أن الأسماء المدرجة في القائمة تتولى قيادة وإدارة عناصر مختلفة من الحرس الثوري، الذي تتهمه واشنطن بالتخطيط والتنظيم وتنفيذ عمليات تصفها بالإرهابية في عدة مناطق من العالم.
ودعا البرنامج أي شخص يمتلك معلومات عن هؤلاء القادة أو عن أنشطة الحرس الثوري وفروعه المختلفة إلى تقديمها عبر قنوات اتصال سرية مخصصة لهذا الغرض.
أسماء بارزة على القائمة
وبحسب الإعلان، تضم القائمة عدداً من الشخصيات المرتبطة بالمؤسسات الأمنية الإيرانية، من أبرزهم:
مجتبى خامنئي المرشد الإيراني، وعلي أصغر حجازي نائب رئيس مكتب المرشد، ويحيى رحيم صفوي المستشار العسكري البارز للمرشد.
كما شملت القائمة علي لاريجاني مستشار المرشد والأمين السابق للمجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي، وإسماعيل خطيب وزير الاستخبارات والأمن الإيراني، وإسكندر مؤمني وزير الداخلية الإيراني.
وأشار الإعلان أيضاً إلى مناصب أخرى ضمن القائمة، من بينها أمين مجلس الدفاع، ومستشار للمرشد، ورئيس المكتب العسكري للمرشد، إضافة إلى قيادات في الحرس الثوري.
قنوات سرية للإبلاغ
ودعا البرنامج من يمتلك معلومات إلى إرسالها عبر منصة الإبلاغ السرية المعتمدة على شبكة «تور»، أو من خلال تطبيق «سيغنال»، مؤكداً أن من يقدم معلومات موثوقة قد يكون مؤهلاً للحصول على المكافأة المالية، إضافة إلى إمكانية إعادة التوطين.
كما أتاح البرنامج التواصل عبر حسابه الرسمي على منصة «إكس» (تويتر سابقاً) @RFJ_USA أو من خلال الرقم الدولي المخصص لتلقي البلاغات.
برنامج أمريكي لملاحقة التهديدات
ويعد برنامج «مكافآت من أجل العدالة» مبادرة تديرها وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية لتقديم مكافآت مالية مقابل معلومات تساعد في مواجهة ما تصفه واشنطن بالإرهاب والتهديدات الأمنية الدولية، وقد أسهم البرنامج منذ إطلاقه في تقديم ملايين الدولارات لأشخاص قدموا معلومات عن أفراد أو شبكات متهمة بأنشطة إرهابية حول العالم.
The U.S. Department of State announced a reward of up to $10 million for information about several Iranian leaders, including the new Iranian Supreme Leader, Mojtaba Khamenei.
The announcement came through the “Rewards for Justice” program, which is part of the Diplomatic Security Service at the U.S. Department of State. The program confirmed that the reward is specifically for information related to prominent leaders suspected of managing the activities of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps.
Accusations of Organizing Operations Worldwide
The program clarified that the names listed are in charge of leading and managing various elements of the Revolutionary Guard, which Washington accuses of planning, organizing, and executing operations it describes as terrorist in several regions around the world.
The program urged anyone with information about these leaders or the activities of the Revolutionary Guard and its various branches to submit it through designated secure communication channels.
Prominent Names on the List
According to the announcement, the list includes several figures associated with Iranian security institutions, most notably:
Mojtaba Khamenei, the Iranian Supreme Leader; Ali Asghar Hejazi, Deputy Head of the Leader’s Office; and Yahya Rahim Safavi, a prominent military advisor to the Leader.
The list also includes Ali Larijani, the Leader’s advisor and former Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council; Ismail Khatib, the Iranian Minister of Intelligence and Security; and Eskandar Momeni, the Iranian Minister of Interior.
The announcement also referred to other positions within the list, including Secretary of the Defense Council, an advisor to the Leader, and the head of the Leader’s military office, in addition to leaders within the Revolutionary Guard.
Secure Reporting Channels
The program called on anyone with information to send it via the secure reporting platform based on the “Tor” network, or through the “Signal” application, emphasizing that those who provide reliable information may be eligible for the financial reward, as well as the possibility of resettlement.
The program also provided a way to contact them through their official account on the “X” platform (formerly Twitter) @RFJ_USA or through the designated international number for receiving reports.
U.S. Program to Combat Threats
The “Rewards for Justice” program is an initiative managed by the U.S. Department of State to offer financial rewards for information that helps combat what Washington describes as terrorism and international security threats. Since its launch, the program has contributed millions of dollars to individuals who provided information about individuals or networks accused of terrorist activities worldwide.
