شدد وزير الخارجية المصري الدكتور بدر عبدالعاطي، على أن استمرار التصعيد العسكري لن يؤدي إلا إلى تفاقم الأوضاع، مؤكداً أهمية احترام سيادة الدول والالتزام بمبادئ حسن الجوار وضبط النفس.
واعرب الوزير عبدالعاطى خلال اتصال هاتفي، اليوم (السبت) مع نظيره وزير خارجية كازاخستان يرمك كوشيربايف، عن رفض مصر الكامل للاعتداءات غير المقبولة وغير المبررة على الدول العربية الشقيقة، ودعم مصر الكامل لسيادة وأمن واستقرار وسلامة أراضيها.
وبحسب بيان صادر عن وزارة الخارجية المصرية، بحث الوزيران تطورات التصعيد العسكري في المنطقة وتداعياته السياسية والأمنية والاقتصادية الخطيرة على الأمن والاستقرار الإقليميين.
وأكد وزير خارجية مصر ضرورة خفض التصعيد وتغليب الحلول الدبلوماسية لتجنب اتساع نطاق الصراع والحيلولة دون انزلاق المنطقة إلى مزيد من التوتر وعدم الاستقرار.
من جانبه، أكد وزير خارجية كازاخستان أن بلاده تتابع بقلق بالغ تطورات الأوضاع بالمنطقة، مثمناً دور مصر المحورى فى خفض التصعيد ودعم الحلول الدبلوماسية، مؤكداً أن بلاده لم تقم بإجراء أية تعديلات على حركة الطيران وإرشادات السفر الخاصة بمواطنيها المتجهين إلى مصر، مشيراً إلى أن مصر تظل وجهة آمنة للمواطنين بكازاخستان رغم ما تشهده المنطقة من تطورات وتصعيد خطير.
The Egyptian Foreign Minister Dr. Badr Abdel Aati emphasized that the continuation of military escalation will only lead to a worsening of the situation, affirming the importance of respecting the sovereignty of nations and adhering to the principles of good neighborliness and self-restraint.
During a phone call today (Saturday) with his counterpart, Kazakhstan’s Foreign Minister Yermak Koishibaev, Minister Abdel Aati expressed Egypt’s complete rejection of the unacceptable and unjustified assaults on brotherly Arab countries, and Egypt’s full support for the sovereignty, security, stability, and territorial integrity of these nations.
According to a statement issued by the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the two ministers discussed the developments of military escalation in the region and its serious political, security, and economic repercussions on regional security and stability.
The Egyptian Foreign Minister stressed the necessity of de-escalation and prioritizing diplomatic solutions to avoid the expansion of the conflict and prevent the region from slipping into further tension and instability.
For his part, the Foreign Minister of Kazakhstan confirmed that his country is closely monitoring the developments in the region with great concern, appreciating Egypt’s pivotal role in de-escalation and supporting diplomatic solutions. He affirmed that his country has not made any changes to flight operations and travel advisories for its citizens heading to Egypt, noting that Egypt remains a safe destination for citizens of Kazakhstan despite the ongoing developments and serious escalation in the region.
