شاركت شركة وسط جدة للتطوير، في أعمال منتدى صندوق الاستثمارات العامة والقطاع الخاص 2026 في نسخته الرابعة، الذي أقيم في مركز الملك عبدالعزيز الدولي للمؤتمرات بمدينة الرياض خلال الفترة من 9 إلى 10 فبراير الجاري، واستعرض المنتدى فرص الشراكة بين صندوق الاستثمارات العامة وشركات محفظته مع القطاع الخاص، إلى جانب تعزيز التواصل وبناء العلاقات، والتعريف بالبرامج والمبادرات التي أطلقها الصندوق لتمكين القطاع الخاص ودعم نموه.
وجاءت مشاركة «وسط جدة» من خلال جناح وعرض تقديمي استعرضا أبرز الفرص الاستثمارية ومراحل تطوير وجهة وسط جدة، إضافة إلى جلسة مخصصة مع المستثمرين للرئيس التنفيذي للمالية في شركة وسط جدة للتطوير وسام فصيح الدين، استعرض خلالها فرصتين استثماريتين نوعيتين في المنطقة المركزية ضمن المخطط العام للوجهة، الأولى تطوير مشروع متعدد الاستخدامات (ضيافة، سكني، تجزئة، مكاتب)، والثانية تطوير مشروع سكني وتجاري فاخر.
وتهدف هذه المشاركة إلى تعزيز الشراكات مع القطاع الخاص، وفتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون مع المستثمرين والموردين، بما يسهم في تمكين القطاع الخاص ودعم النمو الاقتصادي، انسجاماً مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030. كما سلطت «وسط جدة» خلال مشاركتها الضوء على تنوع الفرص التي تتيحها الوجهة، وموقعها الإستراتيجي في قلب مدينة جدة، إلى جانب نماذج الشراكات التي توفر قيمة طويلة الأمد للمستثمرين، ضمن بيئة حضرية متكاملة تجمع بين السياحة، والثقافة، والترفيه، والرياضة، والسكن.
وتعد شركة وسط جدة للتطوير، التي تأسست عام 2019، المطوّر الرئيسي لـ«وجهة وسط جدة»، أحد أبرز مشاريع التطوير الحضري في المملكة، على مساحة 5.6 مليون متر مربع. وتسهم الوجهة في إثراء الاقتصاد الوطني وتحسين جودة الحياة، بوصفها استثماراً حضرياً على ساحل البحر الأحمر، يمتد من شمال قصر السلام حتى نهاية محطة تحلية المياه، وتضم أربعة معالم رئيسية هي؛ الأحواض المحيطية، دار الأوبرا، الاستاد الرياضي، المتحف الصناعي، إلى جانب مرافق متعددة تشمل الشاطئ الرملي، والرصيف البحري، وممشى البحر، ومرسى اليخوت.
The Jeddah Central Development Company participated in the activities of the Public Investment Fund and Private Sector Forum 2026 in its fourth edition, which was held at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center in Riyadh from February 9 to 10. The forum showcased partnership opportunities between the Public Investment Fund and its portfolio companies with the private sector, in addition to enhancing communication, building relationships, and introducing the programs and initiatives launched by the fund to empower and support the growth of the private sector.
The participation of “Jeddah Central” came through a booth and a presentation that highlighted the main investment opportunities and development phases of the Jeddah Central destination, in addition to a dedicated session with investors led by the Chief Financial Officer of Jeddah Central Development Company, Wissam Fasiha Al-Din, during which he presented two qualitative investment opportunities in the central area within the master plan of the destination: the first is the development of a mixed-use project (hospitality, residential, retail, offices), and the second is the development of a luxury residential and commercial project.
This participation aims to enhance partnerships with the private sector and open new horizons for cooperation with investors and suppliers, contributing to empowering the private sector and supporting economic growth, in line with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030. During its participation, “Jeddah Central” also highlighted the diversity of opportunities offered by the destination and its strategic location in the heart of Jeddah, along with partnership models that provide long-term value for investors within an integrated urban environment that combines tourism, culture, entertainment, sports, and housing.
The Jeddah Central Development Company, established in 2019, is the main developer of the “Jeddah Central Destination,” one of the most prominent urban development projects in the Kingdom, covering an area of 5.6 million square meters. The destination contributes to enriching the national economy and improving the quality of life, serving as an urban investment on the Red Sea coast, extending from the north of the Al-Salam Palace to the end of the water desalination station, and includes four main landmarks: the ocean basins, the opera house, the sports stadium, and the industrial museum, in addition to various facilities including a sandy beach, a marina, a seaside promenade, and a yacht marina.
