ليس لحظة عابرة تمر مع كرّ الأيام، وجريان الأوقات، وتقلّبات الزمان، وانقلاب الفصول ولكنه «مدار» الدوران الأبلج، وفلك السباحة الثابت، وحجر الزاوية الموطّد.
فلا تحسبن الاحتفال بيوم التأسيس من عوابر الانفعال، ومقضيات الشواغل العاجلات في روزنامة الحياة المتكاثرة بأحداثها.
إنه «الراسخ» جبلًا، والشامخ طودًا، والباذخ علوًّا،
فلا شيء يعدل الفرحة بيوم ضُمدت فيه الجراح، والتأم فيه الشمل، فواجب علينا الاعتزاز والتغنّي بتاريخ وأمجاد وطننا في يوم تأسيسه الأغر،
لن نملّ الحديث عنه عامًا تلو عام، ليس من باب التذكير لمن غفل، ولكن تأكيدًا لأن معاني «التأسيس» باتت تأخذ أبعادًا أكثر اتساعًا وشمولًا، وتكتسي بحلل وبوارق من فيوضات منسابة من ميزاب «الرؤية» في هذا العهد الزاهر المورق، فماضي هذه الأمة مرتبط بحاضرها، وتاريخها نسج من حرير العطاء، وبذل متصل من وقدة النفوس المعطاءة، وسجل حافل بالمجاهدات العظيمة.
أمّا حاضرها فوعي مدرك، وعقل منفتح، وهمّة تكسر القيود، وتتعالى على الصعاب، وعزم يفتح مصاريع الأبواب العواثر، وينسف «المستحيل» في صعوده المتنامي.
فيا لهمة «محمّد»، وقد قارب الزمان في هذا العام بين «يوم التأسيس» وذكرى البيعة له وليًّا للعهد، وكأنّما الزمان أراد أن يكمل دوائر المجد، ويدير البصائر والأبصار لما خفي من معانٍ في هذا التزامن الفريد،
فطوبى لمن «أسّس» على مجاهدة وصبر، وطوبى لمن فتح للوطن مسار التحليق عاليًا بأجنحة «الرؤية»، فلا حدود لطموح، ولا سقوف لانطلاق مدرك وواعٍ وخلّاق.
ما أبرك هذا الشهر، وما أعظمه، وقد أطلّ هلال بشرى معلنًا ميقات الصوم المأجور، والذنب المغفور، والرحمة المتنزلة في فضاء وطن أُكرم أزلًا باحتضان الحرمين الشريفين، وخُصّ شرفًا بقيادة تتوارث المجد كابرًا عن كابر، وتقدّم عطاءها المستَوفز عهدًا تلو عهد، ليعلو سجل التاريخ، ويزدهي ويزهو بصنيعهم المشكور، وإنجازهم الباهر في بناء وطننا المعمور.
رمضان وقد علا فيه صوت النشيد تيهًا بيوم التأسيس، الذي أرست قواعد إحيائه هذه القيادة الوفية، والعارفة بفضل الرجال، وأهمية التاريخ؛
لأنها قيادة عزم من «سلمان»، وهمة من «محمد» –حفظهما الله– فجاء الإعلان بتخصيص يوم الثاني والعشرين من شهر فبراير من كلّ عام يومًا لذكرى تأسيس الدولة السعودية، بما يؤكد فوق ما هو أكيد ومؤكّد أننا كنّا وما زلنا أمّة ذات جذور راسخة، وحضارة باذخة مؤثّرة، وحاضر يانع ومورق، ومستقبل واعد بالخير في أضاميم «الرؤية» المؤتلقة.
وحقّ لأمّة بهذه السمات والمزايا أن تفخر وتباهي وتتيه إعجابًا بوطنها، تاريخه، وقيادته وصنيعها..
ما أبرك هذا الشهر الفضيل، وفي غد تحلّ فيه ذكرى البيعة لولي عهدنا الأمين، لحظة عشناها ليلة السابع والعشرين من رمضان عام 1438هـ،
ما أجل وأعظم وأبرك تلك اللحظة الاستثنائية الفارقة في تاريخ المملكة الحديث، فالشهر فضيل، ومكة المباركة، والليلة ليلة ترقّب وبشرى، فجاءت المبايعة لقائد استثنائي فذّ، وقّاد الذهن، عميق التفكير، ماضي العزم، سديد الرأي، وثّاب الخطى، يبرق عزمه إلى مراقٍ مدهشة، ومقامات لا يراها غيره من ثاقب بصره، وحديد بصيرته، فيا لسعد هذا الوطن بهذا القائد الهمام، ويا لفرحة الوطن وذكرى توليه ولاية العهد تتجدد عامًا تلو عام، ومع كل إطلالة لهذه الحادثة الفريدة تنفتح سيرة عطائه، وما قام به في قصير الزمن، وعظيم الأثر، نقل المملكة نقلات مدهشات في مرائي العالم، وفتح لهذا الوطن مغاليق الأبواب، واستنهض فيه الهمم، وشحذ في الخواطر، وفجّر فيه الطاقات، فأصبحت المملكة شعلة من نشاط فوّار، ومرتكزًا عالميًا مهمًا في كافة المسارات الاقتصادية والسياسية والرياضية والفنية، وسائر دروب وأنشطة الحياة.
رقم عصيّ على التجاوز، وقيمة أضافت للعالم، وغيّرت المفاهيم، وبدّلت الصور الشوائه، وأخرست الألسن الحقائد، فما أعظم ذكرى البيعة لولي العهد الأمين حدثًا أثبت بُعد نظر «سلمان»، وهو ينتخب لقيادة الوطن من هو جدير به، ومناسب له في ما هو مقبل عليه، ومتطلع إلى بلوغه؛ وبهذا يتكامل معنى الانطلاق «رؤية» على قواعد «التأسيس» بدءًا، في سياق متصل من عطاء عنوانه «التجرد المحض، ونكران الذات»، فأي مجد حزت يا وطني في ظل هذه القيادة الراشدة المهيبة.
افرحوا يا أبناء وبنات وطني وسيحوا في هذا البلد المأمون الأمين، ففي ثراه تتكاثر الأفراح وتنمو يومًا بعد يوم، وفي حاضره نعيش مع الإنجاز المتواتر، وفي مستقبله نحلّق مع «الرؤية».
أرأيت ثمة أبرك من هذا، وأكثر مدعاة للسعادة والفرح العميم؟
علوتَ يا موطني وازددت مفخرةً
كلٌّ يرى المجد قد حلّاك بالعِظمِ
أنتَ الّذي في قلوبِ الشَّعبِ مسكنُهُ
أنتَ الذي في قلوبِ النّاس لمْ ترمِ
إليك حبّي وأشواقي أقدّمها
مغروسةً فيك قد أسقيتها بدمِي
This is not a fleeting moment that passes with the flow of days, the passage of time, the changes of seasons, but rather it is the “orbit” of radiant rotation, the stable sphere of swimming, and the cornerstone that is firmly established.
So do not think that the celebration of the Foundation Day is just a transient emotional response, or a necessity of urgent concerns in the busy calendar of life filled with events.
It is the “steadfast” mountain, the towering height, the exalted elevation,
for nothing compares to the joy of a day when wounds were healed, and unity was restored; it is our duty to cherish and sing the history and glories of our homeland on its glorious Foundation Day.
We will not tire of talking about it year after year, not as a reminder for those who have forgotten, but as a confirmation that the meanings of “foundation” have begun to take on broader and more inclusive dimensions, adorned with the robes and flashes of blessings flowing from the eaves of “vision” in this flourishing and blossoming era. The past of this nation is linked to its present, and its history is woven from the silk of giving, continuous efforts from the fervor of generous souls, and a rich record of great struggles.
As for its present, it is an aware consciousness, an open mind, and a determination that breaks chains and rises above difficulties, with a resolve that opens the doors of challenges and obliterates “the impossible” in its growing ascent.
O the zeal of “Muhammad,” as the time this year draws near between “Foundation Day” and the anniversary of the pledge of allegiance to him as Crown Prince, as if time wanted to complete the circles of glory and direct the insights and visions to the hidden meanings in this unique synchronization.
Blessed are those who “established” through struggle and patience, and blessed are those who opened for the homeland the path to soar high with the wings of “vision,” for there are no limits to ambition, nor ceilings for the launch of an aware, conscious, and creative mind.
How blessed is this month, and how great it is, as the crescent of good has appeared announcing the time for the rewarded fasting, the forgiven sins, and the descending mercy in the space of a homeland that has been honored since eternity by embracing the Two Holy Mosques, and is distinguished by a leadership that inherits glory from generation to generation, providing its abundant contributions from one era to another, so that the record of history rises, and shines and glows with their commendable deeds and their remarkable achievements in building our prosperous homeland.
Ramadan, when the voice of the anthem rises in celebration of Foundation Day, which this loyal leadership has established the foundations for reviving, aware of the value of men and the importance of history;
for it is a leadership of determination from “Salman,” and zeal from “Muhammad” – may God protect them – thus the announcement came to designate the twenty-second of February of each year as a day to commemorate the founding of the Saudi state, confirming beyond what is certain that we were and still are a nation with deep roots, a magnificent and influential civilization, a flourishing and blossoming present, and a promising future filled with goodness in the embrace of the radiant “vision.”
And it is right for a nation with these traits and qualities to be proud and boastful, to be filled with admiration for its homeland, its history, and its leadership and achievements.
How blessed is this holy month, and tomorrow marks the anniversary of the pledge of allegiance to our faithful Crown Prince, a moment we lived on the night of the twenty-seventh of Ramadan in the year 1438 AH,
how great and magnificent and blessed that exceptional moment is in the modern history of the Kingdom, for the month is holy, and Mecca is blessed, and the night is one of anticipation and good news, so the pledge of allegiance came to an extraordinary and unique leader, a guiding mind, deep in thought, determined in resolve, sound in opinion, and steadfast in steps, whose determination shines towards astonishing heights and ranks that only he can see with his keen insight and sharp vision. O the happiness of this homeland with such a remarkable leader, and how the joy of the homeland and the memory of his ascension to the Crown Prince renews year after year, and with every appearance of this unique event, the narrative of his contributions unfolds, and what he has accomplished in a short time, yet with a great impact, has propelled the Kingdom into astonishing leaps on the global stage, opening for this homeland the locks of doors, awakening spirits, inspiring thoughts, and unleashing energies, so that the Kingdom has become a flame of vibrant activity and an important global hub in all economic, political, sports, artistic, and all paths and activities of life.
A number that is hard to surpass, and a value that has added to the world, changed concepts, transformed distorted images, and silenced the tongues of the skeptics, how great is the memory of the pledge of allegiance to the faithful Crown Prince, an event that proved the foresight of “Salman,” as he chose for the leadership of the homeland one who is worthy of it, suitable for what lies ahead, and aspiring to reach it; and thus the meaning of launching the “vision” is completed on the foundations of “foundation” from the start, in a continuous context of giving titled “pure selflessness and self-denial,” so what glory have you achieved, O my homeland, under this majestic and righteous leadership.
Rejoice, O sons and daughters of my homeland, and wander in this secure and safe land, for in its soil joys multiply and grow day by day, and in its present we live with continuous achievements, and in its future we soar with the “vision.”
Do you see anything more blessed than this, and more deserving of happiness and widespread joy?
You have risen, O my homeland, and increased in pride
Everyone sees glory has adorned you with greatness
You are the one who resides in the hearts of the people
You are the one whom the people have not forsaken
To you, my love and longing I present
Planted in you, I have watered it with my blood
