أكيد أن الوهم سيكون مبتهجاً إذ وصفته في العشرين شاباً يانعاً، بينما هو قديم قدم الدهر، ومنذ أن تاجر أول سياسي برجل دين ليبيع بضاعة الوهم وتسير بها الجموع مغممة أعينها وإن كانت تبصر.
لكن العقدين الأخيرين وأعني من الحرب التي افتعلها حزب الله «ذراع إيران في لبنان» مع إسرائيل، عبر خطف جنديين في عملية «الوعد الصادق» وما أكذبه من وعد، كانت الذريعة المعلنة استعادة أسرى الحزب، والمبطنة كانت التأكيد على أن جثوم إيران على لبنان مستمر عبر حزب الله، بعد أن أخرج الضغط الدولي نظام الأسد.
لكن ما يعنينا في تلك المرحلة هو تصدير الوهم، حيث انطلق المؤيدون لهذه الحرب تحت ذريعة «عدو عدوي صديقي»، وشمل ذلك الإسلام السياسي «الإخوان المسلمين»، حيث خرج مهدي عاكف ليصف المقاومة في لبنان بأنها تدافع عن كرامة الأمة، والكرامة والمقاومة تحتاج بحثاً آخر كمحددات للوهم.
ولم يكن الوهم حصراً بالإسلامويين بل توسع ليشمل مثقفين من اليسار، ذهبوا غلواً في وصف الحزب بكونه وريث حركات التحرر الوطني في فيتنام وكوبا، وشمل ذلك ليبراليين في عدة دول بل وحركات قومية مسيحية أيضاً، ولم ينجُ من ذلك أدونيس العلماني والمعروف بنقده للعقل الفقهي، وخرج بصياغة غريبة تؤيد الحزب في سلاحه وتعارض الحزب في مشروعه الاجتماعي والديني.
واليوم حيث بدأت الولايات المتحدة وإسرائيل حربهما على إيران، والتي ما كان منها إلا أن هاجمت دولاً عربية بأضعاف ما هاجمت به إسرائيل، وبالطبع نعرف اليوم أن جل الأهداف مدنية وليست مصالح أمريكية كما زعمت، وهذا يدل على منهج عدواني لم تُثنِه مواقف السعودية ودول الخليج من الحث على منع الحرب والتشديد على منع استخدام أراضيها وأجوائها.
إلا أن المنظور الأعور تكشّف من دول ومنظمات ومثقفين وإعلاميين، حيث يرون بأعينهم اعتداء إسرائيل على إيران، ولا يرون بقلوبهم اعتداء إيران على دول الخليج، فهذا الموقف الكاشف لما عجزت أن تخفيه براغماتيتهم، زاد عليه خلطه بعجين من الوهم يريد أن يصور الاعتداءات على الدول الخليجية من مسيّرات وصواريخ قادمة من طرف ثالث.
وهو موقف يمثل أولاً تسويقاً للسردية الإيرانية وبالتالي خلق تعاطف معها، ثم يمعن في الإرهاب ليجعل خياراتك محصورة بين الوقوف مع إيران أو إسرائيل، بينما لا ينبغى أن يكون لدى الإنسان أي لبس، فموقفه يجب أن يكون راسخاً مع وطنه، وواضحاً نحو كل معتدٍ عليه أياً كان.
وكما يشير «والتر ليبمان» الأب الروحي لفكرة صناعة الوهم كظاهرة إدراكية لدى البشر، وذلك في كتابه «الرأي العام»، إلى أن الإعلام والسياسيين يقومون بإنشاء «بيئة زئبقية» زائفة، تمثل سيناريو من الصور التي صيغت لتكون بديلاً عن الواقع.
Surely, the illusion will be delighted as I described it in the twenty youthful young men, while it is as old as time itself, since the first politician traded with a religious man to sell the merchandise of illusion and lead the crowds with their eyes covered, even if they could see.
However, the last two decades, specifically from the war instigated by Hezbollah “Iran’s arm in Lebanon” with Israel, through the kidnapping of two soldiers in the operation “the truthful promise” and how false that promise was, the declared pretext was to retrieve the party’s prisoners, while the hidden one was to affirm that Iran’s grip on Lebanon continues through Hezbollah, after international pressure ousted the Assad regime.
But what concerns us in that phase is the export of illusion, as the supporters of this war launched under the pretext of “the enemy of my enemy is my friend,” which included political Islam “the Muslim Brotherhood,” where Mahdi Akef emerged to describe the resistance in Lebanon as defending the dignity of the nation, and dignity and resistance require another discussion as determinants of illusion.
And the illusion was not limited to Islamists but expanded to include intellectuals from the left, who went to extremes in describing the party as the heir to national liberation movements in Vietnam and Cuba, and this included liberals in several countries and even Christian nationalist movements, and even Adonis, the secular figure known for his criticism of doctrinal reasoning, emerged with a strange formulation supporting the party in its weaponry while opposing it in its social and religious project.
Today, as the United States and Israel have begun their war on Iran, which has only attacked Arab countries far more than it has attacked Israel, and of course we know today that most of the targets are civilian and not American interests as claimed, this indicates an aggressive approach that was not deterred by Saudi Arabia and Gulf states urging to prevent the war and emphasizing the prohibition of using their lands and airspace.
However, the myopic perspective has been revealed by countries, organizations, intellectuals, and media figures, as they see with their eyes Israel’s aggression against Iran, but do not see with their hearts Iran’s aggression against the Gulf states. This revealing position, which their pragmatism has failed to hide, is compounded by mixing it with a dough of illusion that wants to portray the aggressions against the Gulf states from drones and missiles coming from a third party.
This position primarily represents the marketing of the Iranian narrative and thus creates sympathy for it, then it intensifies the terrorism to limit your choices to standing with Iran or Israel, while there should be no ambiguity for a person; their position should be firmly with their homeland and clear towards any aggressor, regardless of who they are.
As “Walter Lippmann,” the spiritual father of the idea of creating illusion as a cognitive phenomenon among humans, points out in his book “Public Opinion,” that the media and politicians create a false “mercurial environment,” representing a scenario of images crafted to serve as an alternative to reality.
