طوّرت الهيئة العامة للعناية بشؤون المسجد الحرام والمسجد النبوي (5) مراكز مخصصة لخدمة حفظ الأمتعة لضيوف الرحمن في الحرمين الشريفين لتسهيل حركة المصلين والمعتمرين، وتعزيز مستوى الراحة والتنظيم وأكدت أن مدة حفظ الأمتعة تصل إلى أربع ساعات، وتُقدَّم الخدمة مجانًا وعلى مدار الساعة، في إطار الجهود المستمرة للارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة لضيوف الرحمن.
وأوضحت الهيئة أن مراكز حفظ الأمتعة في المسجد الحرام يبلغ عددها (4) مراكز، جرى توزيعها في عدد من المواقع الإستراتيجية، تشمل: الساحة الغربية خلف دورات المياه رقم (6)، وشارع أجياد بجوار دورات المياه رقم (1)، والساحة الشرقية بجوار مكتبة مكة المكرمة، ومبنى الخدمات في التوسعة السعودية الثالثة بعد شوتر (3).
بيّنت أن نقاط استلام الأمتعة خُصِّصت في عدد من المداخل الرئيسة للمسجد الحرام، وهي: باب الملك عبدالعزيز – (1)، وباب الملك فهد (79)، وباب العمرة، وباب (100).
وفي المسجد النبوي، استحدثت الهيئة مركزًا جديدًا لحفظ الأمتعة يقع بين مخرج (365) ومخرج (366)، لخدمة قاصدي المسجد النبوي وتيسير تنقلهم داخل الساحات والمرافق.
The General Authority for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques has developed (5) centers dedicated to serving luggage storage for the guests of Allah in the two holy mosques to facilitate the movement of worshippers and pilgrims, and to enhance the level of comfort and organization. It confirmed that the luggage storage duration is up to four hours, and the service is provided free of charge and around the clock, as part of ongoing efforts to improve the quality of services offered to the guests of Allah.
The authority clarified that there are (4) luggage storage centers in the Grand Mosque, distributed across several strategic locations, including: the western courtyard behind restrooms number (6), Al-Ajiad Street next to restrooms number (1), the eastern courtyard next to the Makkah Library, and the service building in the third Saudi expansion after Sho’ter (3).
It indicated that luggage collection points have been designated at several main entrances to the Grand Mosque, which are: King Abdulaziz Gate – (1), King Fahd Gate (79), the Umrah Gate, and Gate (100).
In the Prophet’s Mosque, the authority has established a new luggage storage center located between Exit (365) and Exit (366), to serve those visiting the Prophet’s Mosque and to facilitate their movement within the courtyards and facilities.
