• يعجبني في نادي الاتحاد أنه قوي جداً عندما يكون في الأمر مساس بحقوقه أو تجاوز على أدبياته.
• أقول ذلك على خلفية الخبر الذي قدمته «عكاظ» في عدد الأمس، والذي تحول إلى «الترند» من خلال تداوله عبر كل المواقع مع الإشارة الى مصدره «عكاظ».
• يقول الخبر، الذي كان بطله الزميل عادل النجار: علمت «عكاظ» من مصادرها الخاصة، أن نادي الاتحاد تقدم بشكوى رسمية للاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم، على لاعب دولي سابق يعمل إدارياً في نادٍ «عاصمي»، فاوض لاعبي النادي بطريقة غير نظامية خلال فترة الانتقالات الشتوية الماضية في غرفة الملابس وعبر رسائل نصية، رغم عدم دخولهم الفترة الحرة للمفاوضات، في محاولة لتحريض اللاعبين للضغط على النادي، إذ جهزت الإدارة القانونية بالنادي ملفاً متكاملاً مدعوماً بإثبات لتعزيز موقف النادي والحفاظ على حقوقه وفق أنظمة ولوائح الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم.
• لم نجتهد في البحث عن سيناريو هذه المفاوضات، لكننا وجدنا في الخبر ما يعزز مصداقيته عبر تأكيد المؤكد، من خلال الإشارة إلى أن ملف شكوى الاتحاد يحتوي على رسائل نصية بين اللاعبين المستهدفين بالمفاوضات وإداري النادي العاصمي، وهنا مكمن تأكيد الإدانة المطلقة.
• في هذه الحالة تنص لائحة الاحتراف على التزام النادي الذي يعتزم إبرام عقد مع لاعب محترف، بإبلاغ ناديه الحالي كتابياً قبل الدخول في مفاوضات معه، وألّا تكون للاعب المحترف الحرية في إبرام عقد مع نادٍ آخر، إلا إذا انتهى عقده مع ناديه الحالي، أو كان من المقرر أن ينتهي خلال 6 أشهر، ويجوز للجنة الانضباط باتحاد القدم إيقاع إجراءات انضباطية على الأندية التي لا تلتزم بما ورد في هذه المادة من التزامات.
• وعطفاً على كل ما ذُكر، يُحسب لمصدر الخبر الزميل عادل النجار تقديمه في قالب مهني احترم فيه مصدره، واكتفى بتقديم المهم في الشكوى، والأهم في تفاصيلها، تاركاً باب الاجتهاد مفتوحاً بين النادي، والإداري المفاوض، واللاعبين المستهدفين بالمفاوضات.
• أتمنى هذه المرة ألّا تُحفظ هذه الشكوى كما حُفظت شكاوى «مفاوضات الممرات».
