وأعرب الرئيس دونالد ترمب عن إدانة الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية الهجمات الصاروخية السافرة التي تعرّضت لها المملكة وتصدت لها دفاعات المملكة الجوية، مؤكداً وقوف الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية إلى جانب المملكة وتأييدها كافة الإجراءات التي تتخذها المملكة لمواجهة هذه الانتهاكات الإيرانية التي تقوض أمن واستقرار المنطقة.

وفي السياق نفسه، تلقّى ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء، اتصالات هاتفية من عدد من قادة ورؤساء دول العالم. وجرى خلال هذه الاتصالات بحث التطورات المتسارعة في المنطقة في ظل التصعيد العسكري الخطير، وما قد يترتب عليه من انعكاسات على الأمن الإقليمي والدولي.
وأكد القادة خلال اتصالاتهم، ضرورة احترام سيادة الدول وسلامة أراضيها، مشددين على رفضهم أي اعتداءات أو انتهاكات تستهدف المملكة أو تمسّ أمنها واستقرارها.
