«دائماً ما تبدأ قصص النجاح برؤية، وأنجح الرؤى هي تلك التي تُبنى على مكامن القوة. ونحن نثق ونعرف أن الله، سبحانه، حبانَا وطناً مباركاً هو أثمن من البترول؛ ففيه الحرمان الشريفان، أطهر بقاع الأرض، وقبلة أكثر من مليار مسلم، وهذا هو عمقنا العربي والإسلامي وهو عامل نجاحنا الأول».
كلمات عبّر بها ولي العهد رئيس مجلس الوزراء عن رؤيته، وعوامل نجاحها، أول العوامل كما أكد ولي العهد، أن حبا الله المملكة بالحرمين الشريفين. ويضيف ولي العهد: «بلادنا تمتلك قدرات استثمارية ضخمة، وسنسعى إلى أن تكون محركاً لاقتصادنا ومورداً إضافياً لبلادنا، وهذا هو عامل نجاحنا الثاني. ولوطننا موقع جغرافي إستراتيجي، فالمملكة هي أهم بوابة للعالم بصفتها مركز ربط للقارات الثلاث، وتحيط بها أكثر المعابر المائية أهمية، وهذا هو عامل نجاحنا الثالث، وهذه العوامل الثلاثة هي مرتكزات رؤيتنا التي نستشرف آفاقها، ونرسم ملامحها معاً».
عن الرؤية يقول ولي العهد: «في وطننا وفرةٌ من بدائل الطاقة المتجددة، وفيها ثروات سخية من الذهب والفوسفات واليورانيوم وغيرها. وأهم من هذا كله، ثروتنا الأولى التي لا تعادلها ثروة مهما بلغت: شعبٌ طموحٌ، معظمُه من الشباب، هو فخر بلادنا وضمانُ مستقبلها بعون الله، ولا ننسى أنه بسواعد أبنائها قامت هذه الدولة في ظروف بالغة الصعوبة، عندما وحّدها الملك عبدالعزيز بن عبدالرحمن آل سعود، طيب الله ثراه. وبسواعد أبنائه، سيفاجئ هذا الوطن العالمَ من جديد».
يستطرد ولي العهد، إن مستقبل المملكة مبشر وواعد، بإذن الله، وتستحق بلادنا الغالية أكثر مما تحقق. لدينا قدراتٌ سنقوم بمضاعفة دورها وزيادة إسهامها في صناعة هذا المستقبل، وسنبذل أقصى جهودنا لنمنح معظم المسلمين في أنحاء العالم فرصة زيارة قبلتهم ومهوى أفئدتهم.
وطن أكثر ازدهاراً
ويؤكد ولي العهد: طموحنا أن نبنيَ وطناً أكثر ازدهاراً يجد فيه كل مواطن ما يتمناه، فمستقبل وطننا الذي نبنيه معاً لن نقبل إلا أن نجعله في مقدمة دول العالم، بالتعليم والتأهيل، بالفرص التي تتاح للجميع، والخدمات المتطورة، في التوظيف والرعاية الصحيّة والسكن والترفيه وغيره. نلتزم أمامكم أن نكون من أفضل دول العالم في الأداء الحكومي الفعّال لخدمة المواطنين، ومعاً سنكمل بناء بلادنا لتكون كما نتمناها جميعاً مزدهرةً قويةً تقوم على سواعد أبنائها وبناتها وتستفيد من مقدراتها، دون أن نرتهن إلى قيمة سلعة أو حراك أسواق خارجية. نحن نملك كل العوامل التي تمكننا من تحقيق أهدافنا معاً، ولا عذر لأحد منا في أن نبقى في مكاننا، أو أن نتراجع.
دولة قوية مزدهرة تتسع للجميع
يؤكد ولي العهد: رؤيتنا لبلادنا التي نريدها، دولة قوية مزدهرة تتسع للجميع، دستورها الإسلام ومنهجها الوسطية، تتقبل الآخر. سنرحب بالكفاءات من كل مكان، وسيلقى كل احترام من جاء ليشاركنا البناء والنجاح.
في المرتكزات الثلاثة لرؤيتنا: العمق العربي والإسلامي، والقوة الاستثمارية، وأهمية الموقع الجغرافي الإستراتيجي؛ سنفتح مجالاً أرحب للقطاع الخاص ليكون شريكاً، بتسهيل أعماله، وتشجيعه، لينمو ويكون واحداً من أكبر اقتصادات العالم، ويصبح محركاً لتوظيف المواطنين، ومصدراً لتحقيق الازدهار للوطن والرفاه للجميع. هذا الوعد يقوم على التعاون والشراكة في تحمل المسؤولية. لقد سمينا هذه الرؤية بـ(رؤية المملكة العربية السعوديّة 2030)، لكننا لن ننتظر حتى ذلك الحين، بل سنبدأ فوراً في تنفيذ كل ما ألزمنا أنفسنا به، ومعكم وبكم ستكون المملكة العربية السعودية دولة كبرى نفخر بها جميعاً.
“Success stories always begin with a vision, and the most successful visions are those built on strengths. We trust and know that God, may He be glorified, has blessed us with a homeland that is more precious than oil; it contains the two holy mosques, the purest places on earth, and the qibla for more than a billion Muslims, and this is our Arab and Islamic depth, which is our first factor of success.”
These are the words expressed by the Crown Prince, Prime Minister, about his vision and the factors of its success. The first factor, as the Crown Prince emphasized, is that God has blessed the Kingdom with the two holy mosques. The Crown Prince adds: “Our country possesses enormous investment capabilities, and we will strive to make it a driver for our economy and an additional resource for our nation, and this is our second factor of success. Our homeland has a strategic geographical location; the Kingdom is the most important gateway to the world as it serves as a connecting hub for the three continents, surrounded by the most significant waterways, and this is our third factor of success. These three factors are the pillars of our vision, which we look forward to and outline together.”
Regarding the vision, the Crown Prince says: “In our homeland, there is an abundance of renewable energy alternatives, and it has generous resources of gold, phosphate, uranium, and others. More importantly, our primary wealth, which is unmatched by any other, is an ambitious people, most of whom are youth, who are the pride of our country and the guarantee of its future, with God’s help. We must not forget that this state was built by the hands of its sons in extremely difficult circumstances when it was unified by King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud, may God have mercy on him. With the efforts of its sons, this nation will surprise the world once again.”
The Crown Prince continues, stating that the future of the Kingdom is promising and hopeful, God willing, and our dear country deserves more than what has been achieved. We have capabilities that we will multiply and increase their contribution to shaping this future, and we will make every effort to provide most Muslims around the world the opportunity to visit their qibla and the destination of their hearts.
A more prosperous homeland
The Crown Prince affirms: Our ambition is to build a more prosperous homeland where every citizen finds what they wish for. The future of our homeland that we are building together will not accept anything less than making it one of the leading countries in the world, through education and qualification, by providing opportunities for all, and through advanced services in employment, healthcare, housing, entertainment, and more. We commit to you that we will be among the best countries in the world in effective government performance to serve citizens, and together we will continue to build our country to be as we all wish: prosperous and strong, built on the efforts of its sons and daughters, benefiting from its resources, without being dependent on the value of a commodity or external market movements. We possess all the factors that enable us to achieve our goals together, and there is no excuse for any of us to remain in place or to retreat.
A strong, prosperous state that accommodates everyone
The Crown Prince emphasizes: Our vision for our country is that we want it to be a strong, prosperous state that accommodates everyone, with Islam as its constitution and moderation as its approach, accepting others. We will welcome talents from everywhere, and everyone who comes to participate in our building and success will receive full respect.
In the three pillars of our vision: the Arab and Islamic depth, investment power, and the importance of the strategic geographical location; we will open broader opportunities for the private sector to be a partner, by facilitating its operations and encouraging it to grow and become one of the largest economies in the world, becoming a driver for employing citizens and a source for achieving prosperity for the homeland and welfare for all. This promise is based on cooperation and partnership in bearing responsibility. We have named this vision (Saudi Arabia Vision 2030), but we will not wait until then; we will start immediately to implement everything we have committed ourselves to, and with you and through you, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will be a great nation that we all take pride in.
