وأثمرت التطورات التشريعية عن التحول الرقمي غير المسبوق في إجراءات التقاضي وضبطها وتعزيز الشفافية، وتحقيق ومراقبة الضمانات القضائية من النواحي الموضوعية والتشريعية.
