The Yemeni Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Sha’if Al-Zandani, reaffirmed that the government is moving forward with a wide-ranging reform program aimed at rebuilding state institutions and enhancing their efficiency, establishing the foundations of good governance, as well as activating the role of oversight and accountability agencies to combat corruption and entrench the principles of transparency and accountability.
He pointed out that administrative and functional reform represents a key priority for the government, by addressing the accumulated imbalances in the administrative apparatus, improving institutional performance, and establishing standards of integrity and efficiency in public work, which restores the credibility of state institutions and enhances citizens’ trust in them.

During his speech at a Ramadan evening with pioneers of cultural and intellectual forums in Aden, he emphasized the importance of culture in shaping and preserving national identity, considering it one of the pillars of societal awareness and a true lever for the values of dialogue and enlightenment, as well as the significant contributions of these cultural institutions in enriching cultural and intellectual life and promoting values of coexistence and openness.
