والمدود تخضع لميزانه الدقيق؛ الطبيعي ثابت، والفرعي ممتد بقدر الحاجة، فيتكوّن نسق زمني متماسك يعين المصلّي على المتابعة، ويمنح الآية حقها في السمع والفهم. هذا الانضباط يرتبط مباشرة بقدرة حنجرته على التحكم في النفس، وتوزيع الهواء، وإدارة الطبقة الصوتية دون إجهاد.

The rules of the silent Meem are present with clear oral purity, with a firm nasal sound in its natural place, granting the recitation a stable auditory balance.
The elongations are subject to his precise measure; the natural is constant, and the secondary is extended as needed, forming a cohesive temporal pattern that assists the worshipper in following along and grants the verse its due right in hearing and understanding.
