قام وزير الداخلية الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، بزيارة إلى مركز العمليات الأمنية الموحدة (911) بمنطقة الرياض، حيث وقف على سير العمل في المركز، وهنأ منسوبيه بمناسبة عيد الفطر المبارك.
وتابع خلال الزيارة مستوى جاهزية المركز وكفاءة الأداء في استجابته للبلاغات -بعدة لغات- ومعالجتها، واستعرض الخدمات الأمنية والإنسانية التي يقدمها المركز للمواطنين والمقيمين والزوار عبر رقم الطوارئ الموحد (911)، كما اطّلع على أحدث التقنيات المستخدمة للتعامل مع البلاغات، وسرعة الاستجابة لها، ومتابعتها حتى استكمال الإجراءات التنفيذية لمعالجتها.
واستمع إلى شرح موجز قدّمه قائد المركز الوطني للعمليات الأمنية العميد عمر بن عيضة الطلحي، استعرض فيه أنظمة الرصد الميداني للطرق الرئيسية والمواقع الحيوية، ونظم تحليل البيانات وآليات عملها، إلى جانب منظومة العمل الموحّد للجهات الأمنية والحكومية المشاركة في المركز، والتي تم تطويرها وفق أحدث الممارسات العالمية.

The Minister of Interior, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, visited the Unified Security Operations Center (911) in the Riyadh region, where he reviewed the workflow at the center and congratulated its staff on the occasion of Eid al-Fitr.
During the visit, he monitored the center’s readiness and performance efficiency in responding to reports – in several languages – and processing them. He reviewed the security and humanitarian services provided by the center to citizens, residents, and visitors through the unified emergency number (911), and he was briefed on the latest technologies used to handle reports, the speed of response to them, and their follow-up until the completion of the executive procedures for processing them.
He listened to a brief explanation presented by the Commander of the National Security Operations Center, Brigadier General Omar bin Aida Al-Talhi, who reviewed the field monitoring systems for main roads and vital locations, data analysis systems and their operational mechanisms, in addition to the unified operational system for the security and government agencies participating in the center, which has been developed according to the latest global practices.
The minister was accompanied by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior, Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Battal, and the Assistant Minister of Interior for Technical Affairs, Thamer bin Mohammed Al-Harbi.
